Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near to Hyde Park. Comfortable beds, everything we needed for our stay.

The Location is great. The staff was very friendly & professional. I like that it's an old funky building and Not modern. I didn't mind sharing the toilet, but hiking up 2 flights of stairs wasn't appealing. Had I known I probably wouldn't have stayed. I managed. And the toilet ? had a strong toxic sewage smell without proper ventilation. It could have been nice to have had a Mirror ? in the room. As a woman it's nice getting ready with a ? mirror..

The hotel was lovely and located in a beautiful part of Westminster - Felt like the Boujee streets in Bridgerton. It was within distance of major attractions like Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. Since I only had a one-day layover to explore London, the location was perfect and made sightseeing very easy. The stay exceeded my expectations, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. ? Also 24hrs Uber or City Taxi to make my Heathrow trip easy within 25mins travel-time. The room was a bit small, but that’s quite typical for London, so it didn’t disappoint me. I later learned that many buildings in the city are designed that way to help conserve heat and energy. It was also about a 12-minute walk to Paddington Station, but I actually didn’t mind as it gave me a chance to stretch my legs and enjoy the walk.

The staff were all so nice and very helpful. The size of the room was very small, smaller than any of the bedrooms in my house that hold 1 bed, let alone 3. Our room has 2 single beds and 1 double, barely room for us to walk and store luggage for 4 people. The bathroom stunk, had mold, and was extremely hot.
-
Small room dor 3 persons, there was no any shelves in thw bathroom mirror is missing on the wall where the table is and the room in the basement is not ao adequate.
-
The location was convenient The carpets in the room were disgusting. Blue carpet but stained brown. The shower didn’t drain, the walls were dirty and marked. The pillows were so flat and you only got one so we had to fold them in half.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! On arrival, Michael at reception was lovely and even upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom free of charge, which was amazing and greatly appreciated. The staff and hotel accommodated guests’ needs very well, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The hotel was in a great location, less than a ten-minute walk from a train station and tons of shops. The bed was comfy, and was everything we needed for our stay and the cheaper price The room was very warm, and we were unable to turn off the radiator. The bathroom was tiny, and the door didn't fully shut, but cannot complain for the price being in London

The reception staff were all really nice, very helpful and attentive! The location was good! Nothing

Staff was lovely. We requested the triple room on a higher floor and they gave it to us which was great! Had our own en suite. Staff cleaned the room each day. Close to the underground so very handy location. Tvs are hooked up with chromecast which was fantastic! Fabulous place for a 2 star hotel. Would recommend if you're on a budget. Building could be updated. Elevator stopped working so we had to walk four flights of stairs on one day. Could hear everything from other rooms around us. Fine for the price, I would return. Great if you're on a budget.

Quality/ price ok. Location perfect. 6-8-10 min walk from 3 main tube stations.

The location was excellent and I got my booking on a last-minute deal, so it was very good value for money. For a group of four, my room would have been excellent value, even at the normal price. The room was a bit grubby/tired - Not that the cleaners hadn't cleaned, it just seemed like the walls needed a scrub and some of the finishes were damaged.
-
Location Extremely dirty and worn. Everything was broken- including the mirror in the bathroom. 24/7 beeping heard in the room.
-
Good place. The price it’s high but it’s London.

My stay at The Chapter Hotels – Leisure Inn was absolutely lovely. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Hyde Park and close to shops, restaurants, and transport links. The hotel has a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern and tidy, and I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in such a central area. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The experience was excellent overall.

The room was very clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Easy to get to. Grocery store down the street and the parks nearby. You can hear people upstairs walking and talking. Doors locked but were super noisy so I was afraid people around us could hear the door when we came in late
