Location was purposeful for our trip, comfortable beds. Street was quiet, 10 mins walk to nearest tube station. Handy for Hyde park. Staff were very attentive. No air con, the room was very warm. The elevator was a bit small, and slow. The bathroom was stuffy. Bathroom door was broken on arrival, but was fixed.

It was quite nearby the central area so it was easy to commute. Staff was understanding and welcoming, beds and room were comfy and clean

Great hotel for our quick stay, clean and tidy, staff were extremely helpful and very friendly!

Really king staff and the rooms are nice and comfortable. On hot days the rooms would need more fans or air conditioning, but overall a great stay

Great location! Lovely staff, nice rooms! Very spacious and comfortable, nice beds, provided wash items and tea and coffee! And free water when asking for it! A little unclean in the bathroom but not overly bad! The room was super warm but that couldn’t be helped in 30 degree weather

Arrived early, waited for 1h just for someone to take my bags in before check in which they said would be no problem. I had to interrupt another customer from being assisted just to make them take my bags as I had to go meet my friend. When I arrived back to check in my bedroom was the size of a closet, roasting warm, and the bed was not clean or comfortable. Specks of visible dirt on the white bedsheets. I am used to affordable accommodation but I have never stayed somewhere this run down for this price. Staff were not very helpful or attentive to me.

Absolutely nothing Do not stay here - everything other than the location sucks. I think we would have rather slept in Hyde park than stay one more night there. We had three nights booked but only stayed for two as we could not bear one more night. Also, the photos they provide on booking are a complete and utter lie. The check in should have made us run! We arrived and no one was there. The Ring camera they have at the desk does not work but they do provide a WhatsApp number to contact. However, they don’t answer to that. After waiting for some time a woman came to the check in desk but was unable to check us in (what we gathered was that she had just started working there but as a cleaner). She had to make a call to the guy to check us in, finally. We got to our room and it was a double - there were three of us… It was very clear while checking in that there were the three of us going to stay there. We went back and the guy blamed the system for allocating a wrong room, even though we had booked for three people. In the end we got to the right room - and for our enjoyment it seemed smaller than the double. There was no way to put down three suitcases as only one could fit on the floor, so we had to take turns. The worst of the worst was the room itself. It was absolutely filthy and the bathroom was a cesspool of bacteria and mold. Taking a shower didn’t even make us feel clean in that space and touching the facet seemed like a hazard. It did not seem that anything had been updated in years and we are not sure it has been properly cleaned in forever. There was a spiderweb going from the closet to the ceiling. We wanted to watch the World Cup but the TV didn’t work. The window had been pried open probably due to the heat wave or we hope so - and that it was not a b&e. There were two fans provided for us because of the heat, however, the air quality in the room was horrible.

The hotel is pretty close to several underground stations. They've cleaned our room daily. The bed's end is right next to a wall and it was really hard to get to the other side of the bed.
