Disappointing

Location No breakfast facility

Location. They did not mention that the place was undergoing renovations and construction until after purchase. The staff was not very helpful upon checking in when we arrive about the toilet since we just landed. The room was located soo far and we had to drag our own bag up and down the maze of the corridor to our room.

Location Needs a bit of an update, shower over bath

Located near Hyde park Renovations meant no bar, restaurant Out on suite was very tired and toilet flush needed effort!

Diana is so nice and welcoming and liked the area and very close to a bus station that connects you to every possible destination The mattress could be better

We were moved from the 2nd floor, to ground floor as the TV’s on 2nd floor were not working. The newly renovated rooms were nice with a few exceptions. The recommendations for restaurants were excellent. The Mitre Pub was fabulous, and so was the coffee at Les Filles. The location of hotel was perfect. There weren’t any bedside tables, and no shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc on. There is a major renovation going on, and I’m sure they will fix this.

It was ina loverly area nice size room and quiet

We had to change room cause it was smelling smoke very strongly. It was very dark and the floors ( moquette) very dirty as the windows, was almost not possibility to see outside. We were able to change it, the second one had more light but had all the same problems.

Quiet, good accessibility to tube stations and had early.check in

The location, staff and room was great. Booked it at the last minute and got a great deal, spacious room for london, loved it.

The location was fine. The price was reasonable. The shower was fixed in place and did not have a hose, which made it inconvenient to use. It was also very difficult to adjust the water temperature properly. The reception staff were not cooperative and often appeared unfriendly or unwelcoming. Breakfast was unavailable due to maintenance, but I was not informed about this in advance. The hotel was also very inflexible regarding early check-in, late check-out, or any change of dates, and they clearly do not offer refunds even when circumstances change. The room did not have a refrigerator, the TV did not work, and there was no gym or pool available. Overall, I would suggest looking for a better hotel.

The location is ok A $900 was STOLEN from my room the night before my check out!!!!!!!! Be careful with this hotel. The rooms are not how they were in the pictures dirty, old, rusty, and old The AC work the first night and it was hot they gave us a fan instead. Prepare yourself for construction, noise and a lot of dust. I also had a party of 9 people and we booked 4 rooms for 10 nights (same thing with all rooms) One more thing FRIDGES ARE NOT IN ALL ROOMS (1 out of 4 rooms had an old fridge) so you can’t have anything to eat or have anything with you in the room Just save your money and book somewhere else

Reception good quick check in and staff friendly Water supplied in reception which is a nice touch Room was on basement level builders just outside wasn’t told about the fact there was no breakfast until i had booked and paid my money so not pleased about that Had trouble finding it because the road name was different to the address on the email you sent me apparently See above
