I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The location is absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to a variety of attractions and dining options. The staff members are exceptionally cooperative and responsive, always willing to assist with any requests or questions. Additionally, there is an abundance of fantastic restaurants and interesting places to explore nearby. They might need better fans because temperatures are increasing across Europe, making it hard, at least for me, to sleep when the room is too hot.

So close to underground stations. On the route of the hop on/off bus. Window didn’t open for fresh air. Room very stuffy with only a fan.

Excellent location -close to Lancaster Gate tube station. Bedroom was spacious. Bathrobes an added bonus. Very friendly staff. The best thing was the breakfast. Where else could you get such a good breakfast for £5.00? We had problems with the shower. Never really had a hot shower at best it was cold to lukewarm. It would help if there were instructions on how the shower and TV worked

The location was beyond amazing having the underground and bus stop literally just outside, we arrived at almost 1am and even then it was super easy to check in. The room was comfortable despite the heatwave, the food looked great but we didn't have it (not breakfast people) overall it was great I booked 2 twin beds based on the picture thinking i could move them together but when we arrived the setup was a bit different so we didn't even try it. The fan provided specially when you know there's a heat wave could have been a bit better
