Clean, friendly staff and good position for the commercial area. I woulld definitely stay there again. By London standards the price was reasonable. Lack of drawer space. No room for washbag by sink Shower had curtain rather than plastic shield

The positive side of the hotel was that the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming at check-in. The hotel also provided bottled water every day, which could be refilled from a water tank. The room was spacious and otherwise comfortable (beds, duvets, shower). The hotel looks much better in the pictures. We booked the king room, which appeared bright and full of natural light in the photos, but in reality it felt more like a chamber. There was hardly any natural light, and even with all the lights on during the day, the room was still very dark. Unfortunately, the room was not completely clean either. Although the main areas had been cleaned, the lamps were dusty, and the bedside table was covered in dust—you could literally wipe rolls of dust from it. We also wanted to use the iron, but when we plugged it in, we discovered that it had melted plastic on it. This was a safety hazard, and the hotel should check everything provided in the room before guests arrive, especially since a deposit is taken. If I had not noticed it, how would I have known that the hotel would not later claim that I had damaged the iron? I did not report these issues during our stay, so I cannot comment on whether the hotel would have tried to resolve them. We were mainly there to sleep and had a busy schedule, so I did not have time to request a room change or ask for anything to be fixed. If you are only looking for somewhere to sleep, the hotel is okay, but for the price, I think you can find better options. If you are planning to spend time at the hotel, I would not recommend it. I am usually not picky and am generally satisfied with most places, but this room was not in a condition suitable for welcoming guests.

Very clean and modern property. Everything u would need for a basic stay is there (iron, hairdryer, big bathroom, large tv screen, closets). The house keeping cleaned the room everyday. Water is available 24/7 via a dispenser on each floor. It was an amazing stay and definitely will consider it again. The only thing is the construction work in front of the building as it caused noise. Also not recommended to take a room on the last floor as I think there was some king of generator or AC motor noise.

Really good rooms. Much better than I expected - were exactly like the rooms in the photos which is unusual. Really clean, great staff, great location. It was a great find, will definitely stay again. The air-conditioning was amazing, the rooms were so cool! Check in was confusing getting messages from various apps telling me to register and check in. Other people were struggling too (I was already in town so I went to ask them what exactly I was supposed to be doing and saw other guests with the same confusion). Pre-stay messaging needs to be clearer.
