the place is basically new, in a decent neighborhood. the reception staff is quite polite and available the price is definitely crazy for a single room in which you basically could not open your suitcase for how small the room was. The ground floor room had a very small window and you had the feeling of being in a box (I heard they sell also windowless rooms). the upper floor room in which I stayed the last part of my trip at least had a bigger normal size window. The cleaning is very disappointing as the rooms have carpet and the cleaning ladies use their outside shoes to clean the room. I asked and the carpet is washed once a month but the rest of the time you basically have a dirty carpet. I found the stains in the bathroom and when I asked about it they just cam in and wiped a piece of paper over it to take it away. no...product, no nothing. The reception staff is extremely polite and available although when I had to make some changes in the booking I felt the staff responsible for bookings etc wasn't really helpful to begin with while the reception staff was. PS. The coffee I tried was undrinkable

Location good for the Olympia conference center. Despite multiple calls and visits to the desk, the room was not stocked with sufficient toilet paper, nor shampoo or body wash. When the staff did top up, they forgot to supply the toilet paper. They did top up the body wash in the shower, but not at the sink. Thus we ran out of all these things.

Breakfast spread was slightly limited but it served us well for our trip

Excellent support and professionalism from the staff, clean and well maintained rooms. Close to the Line 9 Bus Stop that brings you straight to the tourist center of London. Nothing

The personal and the small cozy room. Breakfast was very poor for this price.

Not much space in a single room to store your clothes for a stay of more than 2 days.

It was very clean. The room was tiny. It was cozy, comfortable, and clean, but very tiny.

Room small but cozy . Bed comfortable and room newly updated, very clean and modern. Quiet area. Neighborhood seemed safe and easy to walk to local shopping , restaurants and transport into city. Cost was a bit less than other areas we have stayed before. We did not choose to pay for hotel breakfast. Was surprised to be asked for 50£ damage deposit when checked in but was refunded the day after we left. Also I had wanted to cancel one night and was told non refundable but my booking.com info said I could cancel up to one day before. Hotel referred me to booking.com and they referred me back to hotel so have to follow up with booking.com.

Front desk was great and so was the breakfast hostess.

Great value for money, considering the rather prime location! Very friendly, helpful and kind service by the receptionists. Very smooth check-in check-out processes. Extremely clean and well kept!!! The room was very small, but decent enough, and if it were bigger it could've benefited of a few more amenities (mini fridge, cupboard/spaces to store clothes etc.) But good enough for a rather affordable room in such a great location I guess.

The location of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Easy access to bus stops #9 and #28 and metro stations. Beautiful area. Safe. Quiet. Lots of options for all tastes nearby: pubs, Turkish cafes, pizzerias, breakfast cafes. Several Tesco and Sainsbury's stores. The hotel management is very helpfull, especially Vijay. One inconvenience: no refrigerators in the rooms. I would recommend having at least one for common use.

The property was centrally located. Clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The staff made it more enjoyable especially IRFAN one of the front desk receptionist. Such a kind, professional and thoughtful person.
