Comfortable beds and cosy rooms at a reasonable price. Great location, only up the road from West Kensington station. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff providing 24 hour reception.

Room was great and lovely modern shower. Very near to underground and shops and eateries. Staff were excellent and couldn’t apologise enough that they had to put us on the third floor and there is no lift which to us was fine. The manager would take a payment for breakfast as it was our 30th wedding anniversary which was really great Nothing really. Maybe a lick of paint on the stairs but other than that everything was great.

The reception staff were very friendly and very quickly got me checked in with no issues at all, they also had the front door accessible 24/7 which was great since I didn't know how long I would be out for, and they even had drinks behind reception too, the room itself was decently spacious, the TV was a decent size and had the ability to mirror my phone, the shower was really spacious, the bed was clean, pillows soft and the covers weren't too warm and were also really nice. Would love to stay again. I found the 10:30 check out time a little short for my tastes as I like to sleep in a little, I'm mostly used to places having an 11:00 check out time, I also would have appreciated if breakfast was mentioned when I checked in as I didn't realise it was served in the hotel and ended up missing out.

I lost my card but the concierge happened to find it at the closest tube station. His name has Said /Sahed The room probably needs to be freshened up a bit, in terms of paint and spackle. But I didn't mind too much due to the price being good

- Drains were clogged, walls were damp and humid, carpet dirty, there was a bug on the bed and it was small
