Lift only one was working AC wasn’t working I book a one bedroom but it’s 2 small

The location is good the room is big and the staff is nice. The A/C in some room is not working, I went there during summer with the heat wave and it was really hot. The room was fully booked, therefore the staff could not do anything to help. They provided us the fan but it really small and loud, didn’t help with anything most likely to be useless. I would not recommend to stay here during summer.

The employees and the service they provided was outstanding! Specifically, the front desk, those that serviced breakfast, the maintenance crew, and the daily room service staff.

Rooms quite cramped, especially if the sofa bed is in use. Lifts were broken the entire time and there were always gigantic queues in the lobby.. Had to switch rooms twice because of faulty AC.

I liked the location and how clean and comfortable the room was also great value for its location Its not the properties fault but one of the elevators went out of service other than that it was great

The two bedrooms suite has two bathrooms, seating area & small kitchen, room cleaning is daily upon request, the breakfast is good, they have gluten free "small section", the gym is good, laundry (wash & dry) is available, TESCO supermarket is nearby, the underground station is 10 - 15 min walking l. Lift is an issue, there are 2, but 1 was not working

I love the room set up with cooking facilities and having access to a full laundry room on-site. And the rooms are large by European standards. The bartender Daniel was amazing and the nicest guy in the hotel, they should promote him to GM! I went through Booking.com and paid in advance for a 15 day stay. When I arrived the front desk said I was only paid for 10 days and argued with me for nearly an hour before allowing me to check in. They refused to contact booking.com and made me handle it. This is a very busy hotel with only 2 elevators. More than half the time 1 of the elevators was broken making the other run amazingly slow. If you were on an upper floor like I was, getting up to your room could take 20 to 30 mins on a bad day. Half way through my stay, the AC unit in my room shorted out and left a burning smell in the room. I had to move to another room which was a bit of a pain since I'd already fully unpacked and had a fully stocked kitchen after going grocery shopping. At no time did the hotel offer any kind of upgrade, discount or compensation for the hassle.

Staff is amazing and nice Welcoming and very helpful Matina was nice especially and very welcoming with the recipient team. Suite is very good size Well serviced and all need appliances are there House keeping team is nice and professional The bed is located just beside the exit door which simply you hear everything outside. People walking, talking, cleaning and doors opens and shutting. The elevators are very annoying in the first three days of our stay as one of them went out of service multiple times. Also the building is 10 floors and you have only two elevators which means you need to wait long time in the rush hours. Breakfast wasn’t my favorite at all which I skipped few days

There is literally nothing to complain about. It was a great stay.

Very good staff, highly recommend for families. It has free laundry self service in the basement, very helpful when traveling with kids. Closest tube station is Earls Court which is a short 10 min walk away, there is a Tesco next door as well as a bus stop Nothing really, it is not exactly in center city but is well connected via tube/ bus. Also, hotel had A/c issues but it is not their fault as it was unusually hot that weekend.

Mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. Elevator was unpredictable. Staff were helpful with hotel questions, but less helpful with sightseeing, restaurant, etc questions. The location was ok, but not a lot of traditional English fare (cream teas, pubs serving meat pies) close by the hotel.

Price is good. Location is good. Breakfast is ordinary but functional. The lifts. Everyday and every evening most of the guests walk up and down a lot of floors. Good for keeping fit. Rooms are ordinary.

Horrible maintenance and even bath room latch was not working. Badly maintained room without no towels and napkins. Totally irresponsible attention from the House keeping and front office team. Till we depart issues were not addressed. Everything thing is abnormal and we have selected because of Marriott brand, however didn’t expect such a kind of worst service.

Good location for us! Updated and comfortable beds. Wonderful staff! Not enough elevators. Could use more gluten free options at breakfast.
