Great location, staff are friendly and very clean. I would say the SPA was really packed but I guess it’s nothing the hotel can do about, just something to keep in mind. The morning is probably the best time to go.

The rooms were stunning. Had all the amenities you need. Super friendly, efficient and lovely staff. The spa was fabulous. Location was perfect. We’re booking again for October. Take a trip up the glass lifts for a scenic view!!

We didn’t have breakfast as we had travelled long distance & enjoyed have a slow start to the day. As it was my birthday & my husband is recovering from a serious injury it was our priority for this stay. We were upgraded so our room was very comfortable thank you Receptionist Aaya & we could also access the Executive Lounge if we needed to have a pit stop for a snack or refreshments. We were given a voucher for dinner to use which was a very special surprise Just wanted to stay a little longer

Swimming pool, super comfy beds , lovely bathroom , flavoured water offered at the entrance and fruits , they provide with bath robe and slippers There was a used razor in the shower , we asked several times to remove and they told us to remove it ourselves Eventually after asking 3 times they came and remove it with their bare hands :)

My husband and I booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and we really enjoyed our stay. Maria at reception greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. We also really appreciated the refreshments offered while we were waiting. From the moment we arrived, the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. We stayed in an Executive Room on the 8th floor. I had been hoping for a better city view, but unfortunately, we weren’t lucky with our room. That said, the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a huge bed, both a shower and a bathtub, a mini fridge, and tea and coffee-making facilities. We were especially touched by the thoughtful anniversary surprise — a lovely greeting card, a small bottle of wine, and a piece of cake. It was such a nice personal touch and made our celebration even more special. We also enjoyed using the spa facilities, although they were quite busy most of the time. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and I would highly recommend it. The hotel’s location is another big advantage, with Tower Bridge just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would be happy to return. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our anniversary special! The lifts were very busy most of the time. Also, there was a small mix-up at the spa, where our key card was misplaced after we exchanged it for a locker key. Luckily, the reception team resolved the issue quickly.

Stayed for my birthday. Staff were lovely. Spa , swimming are very clean Food was lovely at breakfast. A lovely fresh omlette. Loved our stay. Kids jumping around in Jacuzzi.
