Blocked toilet reported but nothing was done. Breakfast was a shambles. Was told at one point they had no forks

The location was decent (close to two tube stations) but a little hard to get to with construction. The room was fine but nothing to get excited about. The manager, Colleen, was very helpful and friendly.

Shower curtain and recess mouldy. The room smelled musty. Hallway carpets dirty and unvacuumed. Curtain hooks missing. It was very noisy from the street on the first level but given it was 3 star that is probably OK. The mould however is not OK.

This hotel is hard to find, off a dark not well lighted bad street, no air dryer or soap, other essentials in room, short on towel, not bath mat, no phone and no clock. Air shuts off when you leave the room, next to train tracks with trains starting at 06:00 am. I will not be coming back.
