A fresh, clean hotel with some personality and all working amenities and a comfy bed with multiple pillow options and a capsule wet room style en suite. The restaurant downstairs served a mean Sunday lunch too. The wet room, open plan style of the shower meant there was splashing of other bathroom amenities.

Super nice staff. Love the decor. Comfortable rooms. Ask for a room in the back. They are a lot quieter. Coffee and tea available on every floor. 5 min walk from whitechapel station that gets you to heathrow in 45 min via the Elizabeth line. I do not recommend the restaurant. The food is heavy and greasy.

Clean room, great facilities and exceptional staff Nothing

Good location near Whitechapel station made travel easy, and walkable for All Points East festival. Friendly staff. Decent size room. Clean facilities. Good value for the night. The wet room: I didn't like the fact it's just glass so there's not a huge amount of privacy when using the bathroom. There's not a proper gradient or drainage in the wet room so when you shower, water pools all over the wet room and won't drain away, plus there's not much ventilation so the floor just stays wet. It would be useful to have a squeegee provided in order to get rid of some of this. It's a very noisy location so definitely bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The fitting on the blinds isn't snugly fitted so light came pouring through the gap in the morning - bring an eye mask if you need a dark room for sleeping.

A nice, simple hotel near Whitechapel Station, about a 15-minute walk from Brick Lane, where you can find lots of bars and restaurants. The room was clean and had daily housekeeping. I stayed with my friend in a twin room, which was quite spacious and comfortable for both of us :) You can find shower gel and shampoo in the shower, and there’s a tea and coffee station on each floor

Perfect location for 02 concert. Vibe is fab in hotel. Loved the chill out spaces and the rooms to iron with coffee. Very different from the norm. Breakfast was lovely. Reception staff go above and beyond to make your stay the, best. Im a morning person but a smile in the breakfast room from staff would go a long way. Probs nice people but need to be on it for guests.

Everything ! The room was small but well planned and designed to fit all neatly very clean amd bed was super comfortable The staff all around ( whether reception or serving at restaurant was truly helpful and so polite ) A tiny part of tge otherwise fab experience was there no barrier not even a little one few inches between shower area to stop RAIN shower water from spreading ans flooding entire small space of bathroom !

Hotel was clean, friendly staff, very modern. Beds were super comfy! Would definitely stay again! Isn’t in the best area but very close to Whitechapel tube station!

Lovely bar staff Maybe offer extra towels

The quiet, air conditioned room was a world away from the noisy, roasting hot previous hotel room we escaped. It was an oasis of sanctuary the hotel was a real surprise on the middle Whitechapel. And then it had a swanky restaurant and excellent drinks offers at the bar. There were signposts near the lifts to the sauna and possibly the jacuzzi, I cannot remember, but they were...nowhere to be foundwe didn't care though- we were there for the air-conditioning.
-
Easy check in process, location was good for Victoria park as was in walking distance The hotel was ok but the space in the room was limited with no seating area. The bed was very hard and the bathroom was not ideal for friends sharing due to the frosted glass. We were told that pizza was sold 24hrs but it wasn’t and there were limited facilities in the room to make drinks.
