Location Provision of shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer Provision of coffee, tea and water. Provision of mini fridge No cleaning unless staying a week. Bins get full very quickly and it gets smelly. Very small room and not enough shelving space. Mattress felt ‘plasticky’ and dipped in the middle. Pillows hard.

Superb

Good location, easy checkin, no extras but convenient. Water pressure really low (cold water especially). Relatively expensive for no frills hotel.

Great location, easy to use app, room was perfect for what I needed N/a

Very central, clean and quiet. Everything you need is near. 3 tube stations nearby. The doors were stuck a lot of the time and the elevator wasn't working properly. I also had a room in the farthest corner with both windows going to a very open fire escape, which as a woman traveling alone felt a bit unsafe.

The whole self check-in could be good, unless you have an even remotely unorthodox query

Location cleanliness amenities safety Pillows were lumpy and not comfortable. Placing of clothes rack should be changed to access space to keep suitcase

Excellent location, comfortable bed, and very nicely decorated and functional room. Everything was there that you needed. It was great to have a fridge in the room and coffee machine. The bathroom was great too, even had a bath, although extremely narrow! The whole key code system is tedious. You have to keep looking for the App to find the code. The code itself is quite a long number to remember. The lift is tiny, and it was very annoying to have to put in the code yet again to make the lift work. The entrance hall area was tiny and sparse. It was annoying that no staff made up the room after my first night's stay. I would have liked fresh cups and glasses, and the rubbish taken away. I know I could have got that done for an additional fee. It was laborious having to keep " chatting " to anonymous people on WhatsApp.

It is absolutely incomprehensible that, under the guise of sustainability, they do not provide any room cleaning service, do not make the bed, and essentially offer no housekeeping at all. If you need anything, you have to go and get it yourself from a drawer containing towels, toilet paper, and other supplies. I paid €917 for four nights and felt as though I was staying in a hostel rather than a hotel. The room was small and had no chair or sofa to sit on. The bathroom lacked basic safety features—there was no grab handle to hold onto when stepping out of the bathtub/shower, nor even a small shelf to place toiletries. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location.

Well located in the centre of London. Easy walk to the West End, Soho, Piccadilly and Lester Square. Tottenham Court Road station 5 min walk The only bad thing was the shower over the bath. The surface was extremely slippy and when I went to get in I slipped and hit my head of the wall and chin off the bath side. Bath should have had anti slip coating and a handrail. Some lovely bruising to bring home. Luckily I was not alone and didn’t split myself open.

Great location, quiet and clean. I want to say that I love Numa, but I just can’t. I booked months in advance (travelling from Australia and only in London over an extended weekend). The morning I arrived in London I was advised - via email - that the room I booked was no longer available. Lucky I’d already arranged a SIM card or i wouldn’t have received this - especially tricky after 27 hours flying. I was given the option of a small room (and when they say small, that’s leaping over a suitcase into a single bed) at a discount or to cancel. Given it was 6.30am on a Thursday, cancelling was clearly not an option (try finding last-minute accommodation in London on a Thursday). After to and fro with the bot (Numa uses an AI agent) I asked the human over the app whether the room is booked would be available after the first night. The human advised that it was, that I could change rooms, but I would have to check out and would only be offered a discount for the first night. This is despite not having access to any room for some of my stay. With really no other option I accepted. I’m convinced that an actual human, face-to-face, would never have had the gumption to assume this was reasonable.

Läget I would like to describe the experience my family and I had at Numa, the latest booking I did on your website. This hotel offers nothing, no service at all. We hade a 'kitchen ' in our flat and after 3 days there were ants everywhere, even in the bathtub. The worst was a security issue. Already on day 2 we discovered that our neighbours had the same code to access their room... and ours! We contacted customer service directly and they assured the issue was solved. On the 4th night new neighbours entered our room, in the middle of the night. How safe is it? Their customer service is a WhatsApp chat, it takes time to establish a contact. No reply when we tried to ring. They do not keep the promises they give. They did nothing to help us. On tripadvisor I have found reviews from people who had the same safety issue as we had. The place is not safe! You should not offer this hotel on your website.

Excellent location, nice area around the hotel, lockers for lugagge, bakery just next to it. Small rooms, too much PIN codes inside the hotel.

Location is fab and the hotel was spotless Room was drab - step in middle of room which I think is quite dangerous and the view was abysmal
