Great location No lift, needs carpets cleaning, walls need paining, divan bed needs changing as ripped and scuffed. Very poor maintenance and photos on booking.com are very misleading.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were really excellent. The rooms weren’t very large, but they were a good size by London standards. The only bad side was that there was no elevator in the building, and unfortunately, the staff did not offer any help with carrying our luggage, which made things quite difficult for us. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the location was excellent. No elevator in building and the staff was not helpful

Great area, really lovely staff, beautiful building and street; really comfortable beds, air-con, quiet area and cooked breakfast was terrific. If you have mobility problems, this is a listed building with a lot of stairs-there’s no lift and it might not be right for you. Or, request a first floor room! We loved the cooked breakfast, my 11 yr old daughter would have appreciated a greater buffet fruit/pastry selection.

Great location-central to sightseeing, theatres and restaurants. Air conditioning was great and the breakfast hosts were so lovely. Like many London hotels, there are many stairs!

Location was good and the room was clean and tidy. The rooms are dated, and the breakfast was both lacking in terms of food and customer service.

The room was very nice, The management was accommodating: they changed our room from the third floor to the ground floor, which was very helpful for us even the suitcases we had.

Location was excellent, nice big bed and a good breakfast. There were a lot of stairs but we are lucky enough to find that ok; however, some people might find that a problem.
