Lovely little boutique hotel in central London

The AC was making constant noise and the room is really small for the asked price.

It is a small boutique hotel, with a lovely bar and garden area, would be great in the summer months. Breakfast was good with a large variety of foods. The area is quiet and pretty but only a 10 minute walk to Mayfair/Covent garden areas.

The room annex to the lobby Difficult rooms… bad shower Non functioning aircon after already have been installed in a different room because in the first the aircon was leaking and non functioning

The staff were all incredible friendly. The location is central to fun parts of the city. The breakfast was lovely. It was very expensive for the quality. I was hoping for London charm, which you get at first glance. But once you spend a bit of the time in the room you realize it’s just not worth the price.

Nothing outstanding. Breakfast ok. Staff we saw were good. Friendly and helpful. Listed as 5 star with parking. Parking was 10 minutes walk away in an NCP costing £38 overnight. No lift. 4 flights to our room. Only one member of staff visible from 4pm to 11pm trying to cover reception, bar and seemingly everything else. Often not around at all. No answer on phone calls to room service and reception had to go back down the flights of stairs. Batteries in TV controller dead - had to go down 4 flights of stairs again. Air con was either super cold - blowing straight in your face all night in bed or off. Nice hotel as a 2 or 3 star. Not a 5 star.

The hotel is very well maintained, with a lovely patio that is perfect for a coffee or a drink. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is outstanding – the area is quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk from the city centre with its restaurants, theatres, and bars. The hotel has three floors and no lift, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. The breakfast is made with high-quality ingredients but can feel a little repetitive during a longer stay.

The staff were lovely, the decor is beautiful and the sitting areas are designed very well. The room had everything you would need, including luxury toiletries. The breakfast was very good. The bathroom was tiny! It was quite a squeeze just for one person! Although well resourced I expected a bigger room for the not inconsiderable amount I paid!
