This hotel is in a really great location, in-between St Pancras (for the train) and Covent Garden (for the nightlife). We could walk to both and felt safe doing so. Also, the decor is very nice and upmarket. The outdoor seating area, where we had pre-dinner drinks, was really special: an oasis in central London. The beds were really comfortable and there was no traffic noise. The bathrooms are really tiny. This was OK for us, staying just the night, but I think could be a problem for people staying longer. The lack of lift wasn't a problem for us: we don't mind climbing stairs and the staff kindly carried our bags up for us. Our rooms weren't ready at the time we said we'd arrive (which was after the 3pm check-in time). It might have been nice to have been offered a drink while we waited; instead, we paid for our own drinks.

Great team, excellent facilities and a really enjoyable stay all round - Aleksandra, Felix and the team there offer consistently great hospitality! Nothing to mention.

Good central but quiet location just a short walk to nearest tube and bus. Excellent staff attitude. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast Quite steep steps to the bedroom on the lower ground floor and breakfast room which we were not aware of when we booked. However staff helped us with our luggage. Cooked breakfast is at extra cost, again we were not aware of this at the time of booking. However our queries were handled very well by the excellent staff

Located close to underground stations. Very kind staff. Good breakfast with lots of options and accommodations for dairy free. Room was just ok. The bathroom door (room 47) wouldn’t close unless we shoved it. No elevators.

The location is really good, about 10 min. walk from two subway stations and within an hour of walking at the most for the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The floors in the hotels and rooms are a bit squeaky and the room doors are quite loud, so you definitely hear when other people come and go. The breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Good location Attic room meant climbing 4 flights. Small room and an air conditioning unit that flooded the room. Outdoor has a nice area but not kept well. No covers on cushions and dirty glasses left around.
