The room was lovely and thank you for the upgrade. Breakfast nice and staff helpful. The number of stairs (can’t be helped) and the broken window on the top landing area.

Location The room was minimal, no plece to put your case or anything that you bring with. No plece is really no plece. The breakfast has minimum place for so many rooms. It is well organize but not enough plece.

Short break close to London's west end was perfect location for exploring the heart of the city. Room was small but comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good with good choices and plenty of fruit! I wasn't there long enough to dislike anything.

Location Looked very cheap, basement room, ugly carpets. Breakfast room looked poor and selection also very poor.
