Very central location, and great value for money, especially when one thinks that London is one of the most expensive cities in Europe. Staff both pleasant and attentive. A bit of a struggle to the third floor, when carrying a big suitcase.

The staff all seemed very friendly and welcoming. The room was on the small size, but it was a single room and the facilities were all what you might expect for this price point. The breakfast was good, even offering free range eggs! The bathroom could have been cleaner. It seemed as if the extractor fan didn't work, which might explain the mould in the bathroom. Also, the curtains had come off the rail in places and hadn't been sorted.
