Regency House Hotel is a Georgian town house, conveniently in Bloomsbury. It is a 20 minute walk from King’s Cross/St. Pancras International Train Station and a 15 minute walk from the shops of Oxford Street. Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street and Euston Square Tube (subway) stations are a short walk from Regency House Hotel. Guests can use both Central and Northern Line to visit London’s famous attractions. The British Museum is half a mile from the building. Each room offers a TV, telephone, heating and tea/coffee making facilities. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the building. A full English breakfast is served every morning in the traditional dining room.

Room had very old and worn furniture and in general was very tired. The hotel in general had a rundown feeling.

We liked that each of our children had a bed. We liked the breakfast each morning. We wish our bed was bigger. We had a double but usually have a king.

The location was good, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was great. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect. Just double-check that your special code is working for the entrance door, as ours didn’t work and it caused a bit of confusion.

The location was great. Close to restaurants, museums, and transportation to and from the airport. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff very helpful. A nice ambiance. The check in/out process was automated. Very cool. The bathroom was very small. So small that it was difficult to turn around. The shower head leaked. I should have told staff. Nonetheless, I’d highly recommend staying at Regency.

The bed's mattress (box spring) needs replacing or a new topper. No fresh fruit available at breakfast.

Staff very attentive and friendly. Excellent full English. All freshly cooked. Nothing - bearing in mind the excellent value for money.

There’s a constant sound of running water coming from the vent, which makes it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Breakfast was very good, but dining room was chaotic and crowded Upon arriving to the hotel after office hours, I then had to leave my luggage & half of my group to walk to a “sister facility” a few blocks away in order to pick up my room keys. I was given only one set of keys and told that I had only one room booked, which was not the case at all, and caused quite a bit of friction and initial inconvenience.

The one nice place was the back yard and they locked us out of it when they left early. Bathrooms too small as was the dinning area.
