Very central location yet quiet . Cleanliness, courteous staff,breakfast included,free tea and coffee in the lounge. Excellent Wifi. Nice garden in the backyard but couldn't be enjoyed as there were works going on (scaffolding,etc..) Some more toiletries and a kettle in the room would have been appreciated.

The location was an easy walk from the train/tube station. The room was small but comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the room was pleasant. Breakfast was restaurant-style in the basement with very pleasant staff.

Room was well decorated and very clean. No air-conditioning. Public areas are a little dated - but very clean and tidy. Staff were excellent.
