The location was okay and no traffic noise We got charged £40 to check in 45 minutes early, initially we were told check-in was in 15 minutes we said we would wait then all of a sudden check in was in 45 minutes and if we wanted to go to our room we needed to pay £40. We had to request a room change and the room was disgusting and aircon did not work, the bathroom was covered in black mould, the new room was no better but we gave up, aircon only worked out of the one of two vents in the new room. Staff are completely unhelpful and act as if you’re an inconvenience to them. We didn’t get fresh towels all week. Rooms and completely different then what the photos show, they are tiny once you’re in, far too small for two people to stay 4 nights. The hallways are dirty and the plumbing is awfully loud, you could hear next door room flushing their toilet, would not recommend this to anyone

Very central and east to find. Check in and out was super simple. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The shower was leaking too much into the rest on the bathroom. Could benefit from a bigger panelled door. Although only stayed a couple nights the room could benefit from a small tablet to at least get ready at. There was also no place to really store bags or hang anything.

The room was quiet and clean The staff were not very motivated to be helpful. We took a dirty towel to reception (it had chewing gum stuck in it) and asked them to send a clean one to the room as we were waiting to shower - 30mins later and still no towel so we had to go and get it from reception ourselves. Disaapointing to have to chase them for something thats quite basic.

property was in a good central location, bed was comfortable, good wifi the vibe of this location is that it’s supposed to promote a good nights sleep, but it fails to mention that you can hear and feel the tube passing by and the pipes/plumbing are so loud for so long after you use water that they probably didn’t need to bother. i also found that someone had written on the walls of the room i had stayed in so make what you will about the standard of cleaning here. reception toilets smelt very strongly of drains or something similar, bag storage is very expensive and when collecting the bag the staff member didn’t even verify which bag was mine, just told me to go into the storage room to get it myself.

Nothing at all. It was awful. The hotel is really scruffy, grubby and run down. When you enter the reception there is a strong smell of bog, drains. The toilets were filthy. £15 for bag storage when you’ve paid £173 for less than 24 hours in the hotel is a rip off. The room. The plumbing is noisy. The thermostat was broken and didn’t work properly so the room was stuffy and there was no circulating air. It was too hot as a result. The shower flooded the entire bathroom and there were not enough towels. No complimentary water, tea or coffee. The bed was uncomfortable, cheapest of the cheap mattress and one pillow per person. Not comfortable. Really poor and definitely not worth £173 or £188 if you include the bag drop. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Great location Room very small, no hairdryer, no shelves to put items, very hot, and no extractor fan in shower so everything got wet and slippery, shower got the floor wet also in bathroom as no tray or barrier to stop the water

The location was very good and ideal. Since it was underground you never heard the outside noise from the full and lively streets. The bed was good, we slept well. A few issues came up the longer we stayed. Our towels never got dry, even though the air conditioner was running well. The cleaning team came just to change out the trash. We never got new towels. They didn’t do the usual cleaning you would get in any other hotel. They clean the floors after 4 days of your stay, which lets you walk in the dirt from your shoes since the rooms are very small. The general hotel floor was extremely dirty. Overall the cleaning could have been WAY better since there were so many people from the cleaning staff running around. Half of the bathroom was wet after one short shower since the shower didn’t had any door (which you couldn’t view in any of the pictures). There were no good surfaces to place your belongings, it all had to be put on the floor. We had yellow liquid dripping from the bathroom ceiling, no idea what that was. Overall the room wasn’t the cleanest to begin with. If you have asthma, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel since there are no windows, the air conditioning will not help you at all.
