The location was perfect for us. Everything was fine.

Room was very small, so was the bathroom. One side of the bed did not have a bedside table. Thicker blackout curtains would have been appreciated.

Excellent location, Staff friendly and helpful. Room is a little small.

Besides location there is nothing great! Attitude of staff/likely the lady owner is quite appalling . Poor attitude. Shower is difficult. Is a 80by80 space. Given a paper declaring they r not responsible for any loss in the room. When I asked for a safe, it is a portable one. So I asked how safe is such a safe then? !! Answer : well don’t ask for service to have your room cleaned! Then no one can go in?? Their way of reducing cleaning hours they hire do sure. Blinds are broken, shower gel is a one pump dispenser. After one pump it does not work. U need to wait for the pump to take its time to unjam( an hour later ). Only 1 elevator works. Shower has inconsistent temperature. U can get burnt even if u start of warm or u will be shocked by extreme cold water. All the reviews written by past travellers here about this property are so true. Money making whenever they can including luggage storage. And their hotel’s response is STANDARD sorry, we will look into it. Obviously no improvements. I am sure people WILL continue to book and stay with them, ONCE, just because of good location

Excellent location in central London close to the theatres and shopping areas. You can walk to many of the main sights. If you just need a good bed and a shower and do not care about much else, this hotel is one option. Wifi does not work 100% all the time. They have made two changes to reduce the quality from previous years: they charge if you leave your luggage for more than two hours and now they say that you should not bring any food to the room. I have never seen this in other hotels. There is also constant repair going on with only one lift working. We also got some fire alarm or something for a few seconds in the middle of the night.

Its location was perfect. Very close to everywhere you want to go. Staff were kind and nice, Very helpful rooms were not soundproof, you may wake up in the middle of the night because of the noise of your next door visitor trying to open their door or talk to each other. Rooms are extremely small ( even no space to open the luggage), luggage locker is not free of charge after 1pm. If you would like to leave your luggages for the whole day after your checkout, you will be charged hourly after 1 pm. Door of the room can bot be opened by card at once. You have to try to open it 3 times at least. And its a scary moment.
