Great location just across from TC Road tube. Staff welcoming & helpful. Room clean bedding nice. Fab Downside was the blinds didn’t keep sun out or light at night and bed very soft!!

It was located near the metro Very noisy street. Ventilation was awful. Bathroom was not super clean. Shower did not work properly. We had a cosmetic bag stolen. The staff claims we left it in the garbage bin which is not possible.

Central location - in walking distance to everything we wanted to do in London. Good value for money. Clean and tidy room . Small for 3 people but only there for 1 night so it was fine. The noise at night from the street. We were on the first floor and even though we had the windows closed we could hear conversations and traffic from the street. Would have liked to leave them open as it was very warm but we couldn't.

Great location, close to the Elizabeth Line and Ronnie Scott's, whilst also in a quite spot for a good night's sleep. It was expensive for what we're used to, but then we vary rarely stay over in London.

Great location - crepe shop around the corner convenient to access with the lift. Staff were friendly, felt very safe. Coffee shop opposite was great. It was a little bit noisy at times from the street but that’s what you get for the convenience of the location we slept with the windows open due to the warm weather and no one slept poorly!

As always, fair. All good about the hotel. Cute place. The area Tottenham Court Road needs a lot more security. We pay a lot to be there and is full off homeless. NA
