The hotel is very close to Tottenham Court Road and next door to the British Museum The rooms are a lot smaller than the pictures. The handrail is very unsafe, the slightest pressure and it moves. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the room/hotel vs the money charged, the hotel staff were less than friendly and offered no solution to improve our stay. Would never go back

Great location. Many sites were walkable and there was 2 tube stations nearby. It was just around the corner from the British Museum. The breakfast was Amazing 4 flights of stairs to our room, 6 flights from the breakfast room to our room. This may be a problem for some people.

location was brilliant. young man on reception very attentative let us store our luggage once checked out. decor putdated pur top floor and no lift hard when have mpbility issues. room very claustaophic shower very small. breakfast you could tell has been under heat lamps

It was quite sufficient. The coffee machine had difficulties. I suggest the Morgan have a simpler coffee machine . Just good old plain coffee. Other than the coffee machine and a little on the noisy side at night. We were in the front so a lot of traffic noise and pedestrian noise.

Central location tube station close by Some rooms were in a different building in the same road

Location was great. Staff helpful and allowed us to check in early even though room not ready so we could have a key and not have to bother late at night when we came back. They also said we could leave anything with them if we didn’t want to take with us. Our room on top floor had aircon and was cool on a very hot weekend. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Cooked breakfast, toast cereal etc. Taps were difficult to turn off and i hate wasting water but they ran a little all the time. Bathroom had sliding door which wouldn’t stay shut. Milk was off but it was very hot.

Met expectations; in an excellent location. Room was typical functional decor and bed was decent. Breakfast was very good, this exceeded expectations as there was a full cooked breakfast as well as a coffee machine and plenty of toast with butter. Shower wasn't great but still functional. There was quite abit of noise from a nearby restaurant however this did stop around 23:00 and I did have the window open fully.

Hotel location is excellent near the British Museum, covent garden, soho, Chinatown, regent & oxford street, and many tourist attractions. Apartment is spacious. Breakfast is solid (full English breakfast). Most of all, high rating is for the friendly and helpful staff. The tall gentleman at the reception is very kind and makes efforts to accommodate our special needs. Stairs

Property is old. Rooms are really small. There is no lift.

Breakfast was great. Full English or whatever else there was on the QR code to order. Toast, coffee, choice of teas, juice, the usual. Small hotel so obviously not the massive buffet choice. Initially thought the room (a single) was small, but, it was fine, a view of the garden (better than a wall or other), kettle (would prefer a mug to a cup please) etc, shower was fine, bed ok (I prefer firmer beds, but), chair, storage. Enough space, and v important last weekend in the hot London weather, Aircon!!!! Reception helpful too

Great walking distance to local shops and city centre. Was an alright price to sleep and have breakfast. Bathroom door didn’t close and there wasn’t a lock, shower to small
