Have stayed here before and great location for what I intended to do. Comfortable room and given an upgrade. Be careful to check details of terms and conditions of any offers e.g food and drink credit. These not entirely clear.

Its in a great location and overall nicely renovated. Appreciate small touches like minted water and chocolate mints in the lobby. Staff was very courteous. The breakfast spread was fine but the cooked breakfast was tiny - in itself good because didn’t think pancakes could taste that bad. Sorry please do something there! The gym was very small & no weights above 10kg.

The staff were exceptionally kind. The room was very large by European standards. The bathroom was wonderful; plenty of space to hold toiletries and a large double sink. A fantastic makeup mirror that actually was installed properly and finally, the lighting in the bathroom was perfect. The bed was large and comfy. The tv worked easily with many channel options. They even provided a European plug adaptor. I could not find an outlet near either side of the bed to recharge my phone overnight. I listen to audio to fall asleep to but was Mable to do so.

Staff, decor and location. Room seemed to have been recently refurbished The main AC system was not working. A temporary unit with vent out the window was so noisy it was not reallistic to have on during the night

The beds were comfortable the pillows horrendous I have got a stiff neck now it was shocking the breakfast was definitely not good value for money there was barely any choice that had no unsmoked bacon just as smoked bacon every morning all the food was freezing. We went on the Friday until Monday when we got there they put us in what can only be described as box rooms they were doing some updating of the hotel so there was workmen there even pass 4pm on the Friday and also inform us that they would be there on Saturday so we complained about the noise they did upgrade to bigger rooms but you could still hear it ....never never never again

Great location Some.staff members were fantastic, some really not so (conference). The first room given was very dark, after the change it was better. The conference room in the basement had a very strong smell of mold, which after repetitive ask was changed during the fourth day of the conference. The upstairs conference room was great.
