The Bloomsbury did not disappoint. Its location feels tucked away from traffic and people but in reality you are just steps away from everything. The staff were kind, professional and incredibly helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. The hotel’s restaurant and bar were also top notch. I will definitely be staying at The Bloomsbury next time I’m in London. Can’t think of a single thing that was unpleasant or disappointing.

Beautiful, elegant hotel in a perfect location. For some reason, house keeping removed our toilet paper. The first morning the spare, unopened roll disappeared and the next day the remaining roll was gone. Not sure what hotel policy is but when we called for help, they brought more immediately.

We had a lovely lunch and a number of cocktails within the Coral Room - all wonderful! The attention to our room being made up multiple times a day was a game changer for my messy spouse and I ;)

Spacious rooms, beautifully decorated bars and unpretentious cocktails. A great vibe around the hotel bars and restsurants. Staff were overstretched at times.

Excellent location. Very walkable to Soho, Covent Garden, British Museum, and Piccadilly. The room was very clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. The staff is what makes this hotel stand out. Everyone here was very friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Ivan, Yarik, and Alan; these guys went above and beyond. Nothing really stood out as something we didn't like.

Beautiful setup, lovely and clean The premier room I paid extra for, was lovely, but when we look out of the window, we were looking out at a brick wall…

We found the hotel very conveniently located and always serving with a smile. The rooms are small but very well provided and well maintained. Had very good sleep without any invasive noise. Breakfast was good but can improve and the food and drinks served at their Bar could improve too. Will certainly recommend and will come back.

Breakfast each morning was exceptional. The staff was, without exception, courteous and helpful. Having such a wonderful bar in which to gather on the premises was a real plus. I booked a room that was described as small, but I did not realize just how small it would be. There was barely enough room to turn around. Next time I would book a standard size room. It was annoying that the air conditioning shut off in the middle of the night. I woke up more than once sweating and had to turn it back on again. A discussion with other guests at breakfast made us all realize that this was a problem everybody was having.

A touch of luxury and class

Room was very spacious. Comfy beds. Great location near Tottenham Court Road. Easy walk from station. Staff were excellent and helpful and there was a concierge who could help with bookings and service outside the hotel. I was able to get a late check out free of charge. I would recommend the bar for cocktails in a beautiful setting. Had dinner 1 night in the brasserie and it was excellent. I usually stay in another hotel when in London but would defintely return to Bloomsbury next time. Clsoe to so many cafes, restaurants and shops. Also found an outdoor pool at Oasis Sports Centre about 5 minute walk... Room could get noisy at times as I could hear doors slamming. Not too bad though. Also hot water in shower took ages to come through- meaning the water was running and wasted- not great when London has water shortages.
