From the moment we arrived the friendly staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. I loved how clean the hotel was, how delicious the breakfast was, but most importantly the quiet room and the amazingly comfy bed!! There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property was very nice and excellent location to most everything in London. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a small issue with the AC not working and the manager was very helpful to move us to a new room. The property is a bit dated( but very clean). My biggest issue is that the tiles in the bathroom floor are actually wall tiles and incredibly slippery. You have to be extremely careful in the shower and bathroom area when wet.

Our room was very dirty, food all over the floor. Checking in was a little rough as the staff were very stern and not very friendly. The restaurant was amazing but when I told them about my dietary restrictions they got offended which was confusing to me as it's stressful enough to have to deal with dietary issues. The cost of the room was not a good value for the money. I was very disappointed. The location was pretty central for what we needed. See above comments. It was pretty loud throughout the night so it was difficult to sleep. I don't think I would ever go back as my experience as so poor. I think the worst part was the poor treatment by the staff. I asked one of the front desk staff where I could grab lunch and he didn't even tell me they had a restaurant on property, next door. VERY FRUSTRATING when you are traveling for an extended period of time.

Room was clean . Bed was comfortable . Staff were polite and helpful Only 1 lift worked.

Beautiful property, the hotel is stunning, room was immaculate, bed was comfortable, we slept like a log. Location was perfect for us and the staff were fabulous, even gave us a free upgrade for my birthday and a lovely little cake in the room. Could t ask for more. When we return to London we will definitely look to stay here again. Nothing to dislike.

The staff are very helpful. I twisted my ankle while in London, the hotel provided wheelchair and ice bags, extended our check out time, it showed that they truly care of customs.

The front desk behaviour and manners was atrocious. Haseena at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. Would not admit that she simply didn't know how the AC worked, then tried to lie and say "there was no supervisor in the building", when she was in fact standing right next to her.

Everything and a fantastic, professional team! Nothing to complain about!

Great location! Lots of space in the room! Very comfortable bed! Shower was dangerous getting in and out of and a huge leak through a failed seal on glass door left lots of water on bathroom floor after each use. We told the staff and were assured it had been fixed. It was not! Rather than continue with this “dance”, we just used towels to clean up water for the rest of our stay. Disappointed that we had to deal with this dangerous issue, especially considering the high cost of the room and the fact we brought it to the attention of the hotel early in our stay.

Really good - excellent choice though food ordered from the kitchen was limited Enjoyed our stay. Everything was in good condition.

Fantastic stay with exceptional staff I cannot fault the hotel from start to finish we were offered outstanding customer service by the whole team I cannot recommend this hotel enough !! Mr Zubin is a credit to the hotel and I will be emailing the Radisson management team to express my gratitude to an excellent team and hotel NOTHING
