Location is superb. Hotel is comfortable and stylish. Would book again. Having a full length mirror in the bedroom. This was quite a pet peeve as we were going to two shows whilst staying.
-
it was clean staff are terrible. We had a few issues. Was told a partial refund was being issued. never recieved. Now we are being made out that we have made it up.

Location and staff Was supposed to have s twin room. On arrival was told we had the twin room but when we returned we were told it was not available and was upgraded to a premium room with a king size bedwhich was surprisingly small for its description

The hotel is in a great location, close to Covent Garden, Oxford Street and all the theatres. We love the little outdoor area at the front of the hotel, great for watching the world go by as you sip a glass of wine or a coffee. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A glass of wine is around £20, but it is London I suppose.

Excellent stay! arrived and was able to check in straight away. the staff were very friendly and the a/c was already on in the room (godsend). the room was clean, tidy and spacious. the bathroom was very large and clean. the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee for the morning the shower did not drain

Good location. Good breakfast. Room large and spacious. Air conditioning in the room was broken and so room was very warm. Open windows allowed traffic noise into the room which was very loud even during the early hours of the night. We checked in during the late evening and receptionist was asleep in the luggage room.

Reception Not being issued with the correct room booked before the stay.
-
Spacious and clean, the staff were pleasant. The shower was a bit awkward as it was down a step.

Location is great, it was clean, the staff were great, love the water and ice machine near the lifts. Nice little seating area in the room. I’d booked a twin room a year prior to our stay, but got a double bed instead. Not ideal when I’m away with my sister, but the bed was comfortable and we slept ok.

Slippers and robes provided during our stay . Nice toiletries in bathroom. Steamer hairdryer expresso machine kettle ice bucket and tea coffee and milk all provided. Fresh fruit in the lobby and ice stations on each floor. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice of food and staff extremely attentive and helpful. Food provided was of an excellent quality. Beds were very comfy. Had a superb night's sleep. No noise from traffic outside and air conditioning in rooms was a real bonus as temps this summer so high. Luggage room provided even after checkout so you can enjoy sightseeing before travelling home/ going on to next destination. N/a

Bed, linen, lighting, towels, cleans and location. That when I arrived before noon, my room was already ready. You feel the quality around you. The air condition was efficient but noisy and difficult to operate.

Location is brilliant for British Museum. Breakfast was probably the best ever. I wish hotels (not just the Radisson Blu) would provide lighter duvets in summer. A luxurious high tog duvet is great in winter but not in summer.
