Great location. ️ Near Paddington station. Good base to explore the city . Breakfast was nice and staff helpful. Good value for what we paid Beds were not the most comfortable and could do with an update

I like the location and the working lift and the room is clean with airconditioning. The fridge we had was not working and we reported it to reception but they did nothing about it. They didn't have hot chocolate during breakfast time.

Because our booking had been moved we only saw the front of the building to the front desk. Nice building and the front desk was modern and seemed clean (although all the bins by the front door wasn't a great start). The location is its best feature, but we wish we had picked the Premier Inn round the corner. We were booked at this hotel, arrived at the front desk to be told (by a very rude and uncaring member of staff) that our booking had been moved to their sister hotel, a 20minute walk away. We explained we booked with friends but they could not accommodate us and said we had no choice but to go to the other hotel, meaning our friends stayed and we had to go. When we checked we had only been emailed at 11:30 that day, which we did not see due to being out all day in London. The other hotel we were sent to (royal grand hotel hyde park) had equally as rude staff who were very dismissive, didn't explain where facilities were or how to get to our room and looked down their noses at us. The hotel group had put us in a room of less value and offered no apology, refund or assistance and it was clear we/the situation was a nuisance to the staff at both hotels. The staff at park grand did not offer any apology at all, nor to pay for a taxi to transport us to the other hotel. This was our only experience with this hotel because they forced us to stay elsewhere, so cannot comment on anything else as we only saw the front desk and rude staff.

Location. Leafy avenue close to Paddington. I had booked a 'luxury single room'. I was given a dungeon type room on the lower ground floor, the smallest room I've ever seen, the curtains were closed, and when I opened them my view was of a conservatory piled up with dirty laundry! I was not staying there! After I complained I was 'upgraded' to a double room on the 4th floor with a nice view. The whole hotel is shabby and needs upgrading.

Friendly staff and they worked hard to make people happy. The location of the hotel was ideal and the price was reasonable. The sofa bed was ready upon arrival and the both beds made every day. The kitchen was replenished every day and the breakfast was nice. The room was worn and it could do with a revamp. missing wallpaper, carpets frayed and stains on the ceiling ( I dread to think what from).

This hotel was great for my family, location is 5 min walk from Paddington main station and a short walk to Bayswater and Hyde Park. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food. Extremely clean hotel with air con rooms a bonus, we’ll stay again.

It was interesting having our room on two floors. We loved the Queen sized bed!! There wasn't much room on the lower floor with the sofa bed pulled out! There wasn't much storage space but we were only staying two nights, so not a problem. The little kitchen area was a great asset together with the complimentary bottles of water and biscuits which many hotels don't do! Although the breakfasts were good, there wasn't a lot of choice of cereals. We would have liked muesli and dishes of raisins and other dried fruit. There were dates so that was a bonus. I like different teas, but the tea and coffee was brought to the table, no choice or variety. There was only two fruit juices, orange or apple. Cranberry would have been nice too.

Great location near paddington safe quiet staff friendly and helpful. Upgraded us to a bigger room which was nice spacious mezzanine room Decor a bit basic and industrial but spacious and clean. All london accomodation is expensive!
-
Easy to check in and also could come and go as I needed during my stay. Room was at the top of the building on the back of the hotel so was nice and peaceful. The bathroom, whilst completely functional was really too small. The basin stood on a stand which meant you couldn't sit comfortably on the toilet.
