Some other previous reviews don't reflect my own experience. My own experience was very good. The room we had was large enough for 3 people, clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and large enough. Compared to other review which gave a low rating, this exceeded the expectations. The breakfast was comparable to other chain hotels; hot and cold food was plentiful and well presented. The staff on reception and the hotel restaurant, which we used for breakfast, were very friendly and looked after us. some very minor housekeeping issues that any busy hotel might experience. None affected my stay.

The staff were friendly. The bed was so uncomfortable. The room was so hot. And it was dirty around the windows. Even though the rooms were non smoking-I could smell cigarettes in corridors. There was so much noise during the night.

Good location, within walking distance to Marble Arch and the onsite parking was great We was given the wrong room at first which had an awful stench, we was then moved to the correct room. However there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and lots of rust and limescale. The tiles were missing grout making them sharp on the edges and the whole room was just run down. Skirting boards cracked and lights missing from the ceiling

It was clean. All staff were pleasant and very helpful. Very close to a selection of restaurants. The bathroom was small but fine for us.

We were not notified that we were being sent to.thier sister hotel just down the road.So we were given instructions which were wrong. The hotel we were sent to would not have been our choice so very disappointed with this hitel and the one we were sent to. When I read some trip advisor comments they said they had bed bugs so this might have been why they were having maintenance issues. Not being notified

Location was perfect for travelling, room very clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable having a good nights sleep, nice staff very polite. Small minor issues, rooms quite small , small gap between bottom of bed and tv catching shoulder every time you walk past, plastic cups in room, quite small en suite, no usb ports in room, had to wait for plates for breakfast, no glasses left, had to use paper cups for juice, breakfast was not hot,
