Very clean, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Staff professional, polite and very helpful and Housekeeping is fantastic. No microwave, no refrigerator in room especially since the hotel caters to international guests, it should have been an option at the least

Staff was extremely friendly & helpful, room was super clear & comfortable Room was a little small, despite being upgraded to a more spacious room There was no closet, only a small rod with some hangers, but since I was there for one night it was manageable

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and peaceful. Staff were lovely and welcoming, upgraded us to a bigger room for our anniversary which was unexpected but really appreciated. Beautiful bathroom (so much so we are thinking of having our one at home made like it), bed was very comfy - was asleep by 11pm and woke at 9am, best nights sleep in a while! Close to Paddington station and Hyde park, very accessible. Thank you will visit again!! Xxx Wasn’t anything we didn’t like to be honest, wish we had longer there!!

Location. Suited our purpose and was very quiet. The two ladies on reception on our arrival could have been a little more friendlier. Also I was asked for ID and when I asked what ID, they asked for my passport. Unfortunately as I live in the UK I do not travel with my passport. Luckily I had my driving licence otherwise I would not have been able to produce any ID.

Great location from Paddington Station and a nice modern hotel. Everything is well thought out and the general design is appealing. The beds are comfortable and little things like having a fresh apple and a red light alarm clock are great. The bathroom while generally 'clean' could use a good bleach. It was also missing what I am guessing was the conditioner in the shower and maybe lotion at the basin.

Super clean, modern and comfortable room. Great for a night or two in London before a train trip, it's only a 5 minute walk to Paddington station. The restaurant was also lovely, so very happy I made the choice to book this hotel for my short stay. Nothing, for me everything was great for my short-stay needs.

The location Every hotel has a bad room .. but we definitely had theirs . Lower ground floor , a beacon of artificial / security light coming through the tiny window next to a noisy tradesman entrance that opened and slammed close all night . Very very smalll room .
