Location is perfect. It’s so close to Paddington and Hyde Park. The staff are consistently unfriendly and noticeably cold. Almost every interaction leaves you feeling like you’re inconveniencing them rather than being welcomed. It’s as if management handpicked the most distant people in London and put them in one place. While they seem competent at their jobs, the human side of hospitality is almost entirely missing. The service is efficient, but genuine warmth, friendliness, and basic human connection are noticeably absent.

Very good location and nice design. The place is comfortable. The front desk staff seemed to really struggle with basic tasks, often making the situation more confusing or not following up on them at all.

Excellent location for the price I paid, great connection for my purposes! Fernando was very kind, but not only him actually. Fresh cold water station on the floor to refill your bottle is a good idea indeed (especially during heatwave). In general, a clean and cozy hotel with comfortable beds. The sink in my room was ridiculously small. Breakfast menu could be more diverse, which started to be annoying a bit on day three. No own laundry service in case you need a fresh shirt for tomorrow (but staff can help with a third-party one, if it works for you) - not sure it's a drawback, rather something to keep in mind.

Great location, very sweet area, great connections. The hotel is clean and nicely designed. The bathroom was comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t so reach, the stuff wasn’t so welcoming. And the bad was small.

Nice area around the hotel. Bed was not comfortable (2 twins pushed together with a lump in the middle.) Room sucked. No view, no fridge, no safe. Like bare bones and not warm at all. Way overpriced.
