Very small room, sink damaged and door lock very rickety. Wall thin and noisy, felt like the neighbours were about to come in.

Service was good and hotel was reasonable value The room was very small/crampt and the water in the bathroom didn’t always flow (both hot and cold). Also, there was not always hot water.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location for Paddington Station Very narrow and steep staircase, and no elevator

Nice hotel room. A bit small , but very clean and very convenient and close to Paddington train station. Stairs were a bit steep and narrow. I was in the 3rd level which made it a workout for my heavy suitcase. Other than that , the hotel was nice.

The darkness of the room The mattress was hard and the walls are soo thin that I could hear peoples conversation the whole night

Conveniently located for Paddington. The double room was very small. The bedlinen was too small for a double bed and very thin. Towels were thin and small.

A great place 5 minutes’ walk from the Paddington train station. The single room is the usual tinny London standard but it was nice and cosy. It was equipped with an electric radiator so setting the right temperature was really easy. A big plus was no carpet just panels on the floor. Thanks to that the room felt really clean. The biggest asset of the hotel is definitely its staff. Very friendly and always helpful, no matter the time and kind of request. I had a lovely stay and will gladly return to Glendale Hyde Park. A chair or a small stool in the room would be very beneficial.
