Good enough location to get around London. Speedy check in and not too many stairs. Beds were decently comfortable and the sheets were clean. Very dusty. Room hadnt been properly cleaned before we checked in (bins hadnt been emptied and the one fan was so dusty). The shared bathrooms were okay but one toilet doesn't flush well. We went and bought flip flops so we wouldn't have to touch the floor. Very hot in summer even with fan. Booked a room for 6 people but it was way too small for 6 people (we were 5).

A one-night stay will be fine.

Location Although the hostel provided fans, which helped during the heat wave, it wasn't too comfortable at night.

Very dirty, they don't clean well and bathrooms very gross!

The location was great The worst hostel experience I’ve had. The rooms are extremely small, with no space or compartments for your belongings. The bathrooms were always dirty and often without toilet paper. There’s no kitchen, and the pub downstairs doesn’t really add any benefit to the experience. The staff is not friendly or attentive, and the water is only lukewarm, with hot water available only on the upper floors. Also, even if you’ve already paid for your stay, they make you leave your room halfway through to check in again, and you can’t access the room again until 2 pm, which is very inconvenient. I would only recommend staying here for one night at most; I would not come back.

The closeness to beautiful locations and a great price I have no complaints

The bar downstairs Nothing

Great location, great staff, great prices, wonderful breakfast, comfy bed, all in all a wonderful experience considering it was my first time at a hostel. Was freaked out at first but I ended up enjoying it even more than any hotel I ever been to. In the 18 bed room the beds are arranged very smart, feels cozy and nice, room was warm and ventilated. The hot water at the showers sometimes finishes, I’m guessing they’re using boilers so you might be woken up really good by a cold shower haha

Location, facilities and the pub is amazing The rooms were so cluttered and that made them kinda uncomfortable.

Room had clean amenities and plenty of lockers for storage, close to a regularly cleaned bathroom/shower. Rooms are also secured with keycards at room door and entrance so I felt safe. Right above a very social pub with all daypart food options, and great rates for extended week stays. Also a free secure storage room to use beyond your allotted stay. Staff was very personable and friendly, eager to help out or answer any questions or recommendations for things to do nearby. Room was quite hot and uncirculated even at night with the window open and fan blowing. Stairs may be considered steep and long for older patrons bearing luggage.

- people there usually really fun - good food quality in the bar - food discounts if you stay in the hostel, great! - small lockers! But they have a bigger storage if you ask the staff for bigger luggage - too small for 12 people - the same problem of every hostel: lack of countertops in the bathroom

Bed was comfy, room was warm. Good location, at a side street so you don't here traffic at night. Reasonable distance from the London Eye, Big Ban and so on. Restaurants and shops in a walking distance. For this price it's a very good location. Was quiet at night so you can sleep well. Room, bed and bed sheets were all clean. The sitting and dining area was nice. Not a lot of space for your staff in the room. The locker was too small for my bag, but they did offer a room to store my luggage. A refrigerator for the guests would be helpful.

You could store your the luggage for free before and after check-in at the property and the location was incredibly good to visit the nearest sights such as Big Ben (15min by foot). The bathrooms were a bit dirty but still in a good condition

Stayed here before. Lovely friendly staff Great food. Nothing.

The room was quite stuffy and crowded. The lockers didn’t fit much so there was luggage all around the room. I was on the top bunk, they’re stacked in threes, and the ladder was very narrow. Also every time someone on the lower bunks moved it shook me awake.

Good location and great staff ! Lovely bar downstairs with great atmosphere. It is too warm in the rooms even with the windows open as you are really close to other people (8 people in our room). Earplugs needed ! (they sell some at reception)

The location was quite good, close to the station and to the main places I wanted to visit such as the big ben and London eye. The pub downstairs seems a great place to eat, although I had just a draft beer there. I liked the environment in the pub. The bedrooms are cramped, specially in room 8 I felt like being in a concentration camp. The beds are extremely small and noisy and I have never stayed in a hostel that had three bunk beds, this makes the space even smaller. In room 8, the first I stayed, the floor was dirty and the bedroom stinky. The bathrooms have almost no space for hanging your things, it is so small for the amount of people expected to use it. The rules (specially the ones about noise late night) are not taken seriously there. Every day I stayed there, there were people talking late night while I was trying to sleep.

Amazing location, super cute pub, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean linens and beds. The bathrooms need some work. There is mold on the ceilings and water damage that needs attention. The staff were hit or miss in terms of helpfulness and friendliness. Some were amazing and so helpful and I had someone provide incorrect info in terms of my checkout and checkin and someone else working at the desk and bar who just seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
