Location! Super helpful and friendly staff! Very clean rooms. The rooms are TINY ! Can barely move around :(
-
Very good location. Good client attention. Be aware that the rooms are very small. Can’t fit 2 persons. For 1 only.

staff were super helpful with issues and questions and very timely in fixing issues. while the room was crazy small the location is excellent and the hotel felt safe and secure for a solo traveller The cosy room is without a doubt the smallest room i have ever stayed in so be warned couples--it would be a night mare. i had to close the shower door to open the main door and the bed required some gymnastics to get in an out of. you cant open your carryon suitcase and leave it open in the room its so tight...cant image a larger bag!than goodness i booked a room with a window but sound proofing is only soso on the main street room

The location is extremely convenient for travelers. It is just a short walk from Lambeth North Underground Station and only 10–15 minutes on foot from Big Ben. The room is cozy and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. In addition, there are supermarkets and a variety of restaurants conveniently located just across the street. Perhaps the only downside is the size of the room. It feels a bit cramped for two people, but it’s manageable given the hotel’s excellent location.

Close to train (10min walk) and many London sights. Neighborhood is not so great though a couple blocks away and all is good.

My second stay at this prime location. AC is working great, rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and quick The towels are getting thin, so maybe switch them more regularly. Mine already had a small hole in it. As I stayed in a single room I could’ve needed more hooks (behind the door or in the bathroom) or a few more hangers.

room was too small

Perfect location in London. The staff was very friendly and professional. NAD

Location No luggage space anywhere. No fridge. No kettle. No room to move. The cat was safe.

Location was excellent, two metro stops and several bus stops within a few meters. The Westminster bridge and the Big Ben is 10 minutes away walking. Staff was helpful, they let us leave our luggage before the check-in and after our check out. room was clean. Our stay was ok, and I’d suggest to stay here for a first time in London. However the value for money is not greatest. Our room was very very small (we already knew it when we booked it): it’s ok for 3/4 days, as we basically spent the majority of our time outside to visit the city - you mostly pay for the location.

Location is excellent Tiny, & noisy

I love the location because it's walking distance to store and to eye of London and Westminster castle and Big Ben, pretty much close to every thing. Quite and close to everything pretty much walking distance.
-
misleading photos and the room was wall to wall bed so made it imossible to access from both sides i had to climb over my husband to use the loo i asked to change to diferant room but advise none available

Location was great! Room was extremely small and was not made clear when booking. It was sold for two guests but it was clearly a 1 person room.

The hotel was in very good condition, clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and the location was good for hopping on the tube or walking to Westminister. Lots of stores and dining nearby! The room was very tiny, about the size of a closet.

Friendly staff. Great location I would have like hand towels and wash clothes.
-
Clean and close to city centre Small tiny room with no window - tiniest bathroom one bare fits in, not worth the money paid.

Loved the location - close to main attractions (15 min relaxed walk to london eye), shops and markets opened 24h, underground and bus stations right in front. Rooms are small, but super effective - they really did a great job maximizing the space. Also, the bed was surprisingly confortable. All the staff at the reception was friendly and professional. I saw there were some reviews about outside noises - sincerely, we heard them only when the window was open (it might be problematic if you are really really sensitive to noise). The only thing I can recommend is to be more attentive to the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. This hotel has such a great value, it is a pity to lose over this. Hope this issue can be improved, as we would love to come back again.

The location was wonderful. Right outside the tube. Coffee shop next door. It said cozy rooms but I wasn’t prepared for that cozy. I got used to it and for sleeping it was perfect.
