In the last ten years this area has become gentrified, I knew it in the 1970s when it was rough.So close to the Old Vic theatre and surrounded by a plethora of food and drink establishments. nothing

Location, close to station. friendly staff, ease of check in. 24 hr bar. represents good relative value for a sunny terrace balcony in central London. Late check out Nothing really. Maybe remove or replace dead plants in terrace pots

The location is very accessible to get around London. Walking distance to the train station , major tourist spots such as London Eye and Big Ben. The street location is fun with full energy both day time and night time. There are so many different type of restaurants and bars to choose from. Our stay was definitely enjoyable. I love that the room is very clean and decorated well. The only part that I was not so happy about is the very limited space available to lay out our basic stuff to use especially for a morning routine to get ready.

Quirky but friendly vibe. Unique breakfast offering, not your usual fare of bacon & egg, but a real collection of pastries, fruit & continental cold meats & cheeses which wouldn’t be usual choice but were delicious. Great location for easy walking access to the South Bank, Whitehall & the theatres. Hand basins minuscule for washing your face or shaving. We were in a disabled friendly room. Not our request & not really a problem, just a comment.
