Location is good Room was very small. No exhaust in bathroom. Water was very warm during taking bath. No normal water at room temperature while taking bath. Felt very uncomfortable

The warm welcome from Paul Emile, I was having issues with my cards and he was very kind and helpful until it was resolved. Breakfast could be better (real eggs please and warmer buffet)

The location was excellent, just a short walking distance to London Eye, The Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The flat we were given was roomy and had 2 bathrooms which really helped with our party of four. Our hotel room was released so we ended up getting a flat but the amenities in the flat more than makes up for the mix up.

The room was nice, the gym is basic but it has what you need. We were able to store our language for a few hours after check out because our flight was later that night. I would expect them to clean the room more often and do a better job at it. Would be nice to have UK adapter in the room.
