It's a good stay for the night, not longer. The staff was nice, specially the sir that helped me check-out in reception. The place wasn't the cleanest, but it was a cheap option for a two-night stay, so it was alright.

Location There were bedbugs in our room, we got bitten and caught some in our luggage

The location , you can walk into London. I stayed there 2 years ago and it was good The shower in our room was broken, I reported it twice and finally I left after two nights and found other accommodation

Holland Park itself is gorgeous, a beautiful park. The building where our room was located was tatty (not like its pictures). It was dirty. They had ‘sold out’ of towels and I was told (I am disabled and it was 30 degree heat) to walk to Primark in Kensington High Street and buy one. There was no air conditioning and no fans provided: the windows only opened a couple of inches. Staff generally were unhelpful and rude.
