There is some great staff in the hotel - all of them were a little bit cheeky, but in the right way, and they were fun. The hotel is fairly new, so the amenities are still in good shape. Breakfast was very good and varied (even for a one-week stay). The room was quiet (no street noise, minimal noise from the corridor, no noise from adjacent rooms). I rarely comment on the shower gel and shampoo, but theirs were actually an amazing refreshment for exploring London. Honestly, there wasn't anything that I didn't like about our stay.

The Wow room was large for London; with a nice view - the room photos are accurate. Great location for access to all Notting Hill offers. The shared workspace and bar area works really well if you need to work during travels The common kitchen services area on each floor is different but works OK.

Breakfast was perfect. Clean. Healthy. As my flight came in at 6.30am the staff managed to have my room available at 12 noon. I had flown 24 hours and was exhausted - age 78! Thankyou.
