Very clean room and although bathroom was shared. this was also very clean. Also the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Most of all liked the exceptionally low price. for such a good location - close to tube and a beautiful park. We only wanted a place to sleep for one night, and didn't need anything apart from a bed and somewhere to wash. Perfect for one night. Facilities were minimal for a hotel - eg small room, no tea and coffee in the room, and very little storage space, surfaces to put things on etc. However the price was so much lower than other hotels, we expected this and we did not see it as a problem.

The hotel is well located in terms of quick walk to tube and a bus stop just outside the hotel making getting to central London for sight seeing easy - even with two little ones in tow. The restaurants also easy walking distance. And the park near by is great for the kids. It was clean and staff were friendly. We had the shared bathroom which I was worried about but considering the amount of rooms sharing a bathroom we were never in a que for the shower or toilet. It was always clean as well. Standard breakfast buffet served and easy parking available at hotel but for a price. Coming from the countryside my only problem was getting used to the constant sounds of the city but that's no fault of the hotel.

Location. It was very hot in London at the time. It would have been nice to have the benefit of Air Conditioning.

My son and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location was just perfect for visiting Portobello Road and Nottinghill and we walked lots which is what we love also. It's very convenient for Holland Park tube station just 2 mins away and easy to reach from Kings Cross. The staff were very helful and manned the reception 24 hours which made our coming and going very easy when we each wanted to do some different things. The bathroom though shared was bright, clean, modern and we never had to wait to use it. Next time I would try to get a twin room as I booked a bit late so we had to share a double top to toe but it worked:)

I have stayed in August at Ravna Gora for three nights instead of the one night I had originally booked, weather was so hot but they had air fan in the room which made it a little bit cooler during evenings. My first night was in a twin room after my friend was unable to come. Unfortunately, the bathroom was shared, and because the hotel was fully booked, it was almost always occupied whenever I needed to use it. That wasn’t an ideal experience for me. For my second and third nights, I stayed in Single Room 21, which I absolutely loved. The room was very clean, cosy, and comfortable, making it a much more enjoyable stay. However, the TV didn’t work properly—it kept freezing and displaying “No Signal,” which was disappointing considering the price and the hotel’s excellent location. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the Underground station, around a 10-minute walk to Kensington Palace, and even the sightseeing bus tour I booked passed along the same street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London. There were a couple of things that could be improved in Room 21. Firstly, there was no telephone to contact reception, so when I needed a hairdryer (which I had been told would be available), I had to use my own mobile phone to call reception. Secondly, housekeeping didn’t replenish the tea and coffee after the second night. As the weather was extremely hot, I had used all of the complimentary drinks, and instead of them being replaced during servicing, I had to go downstairs to reception to request more.

Staff were amazing, when I arrived they noticed that I had some mobility issues and without asking instantly changed our room to one with lift access which was so appreciated Loved it all

Nice, friendly helpful staff. Great looking place in a fantastic, upmarket location. Absolutely nothing.
