Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff in a very convenient location (for our needs). The room was reasonably sized (for London) and clean. Hotel is literally around the corner from the Circle Line tube stop, a Whole Foods, and several coffee shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Portobello Road. Hotel bar provided a nice quiet haven to relax in during outings

Superbly located boutique hotel, 2 min walk from Notting Hill Gate. Rooms were beautifully appointed and very comfortable as well as a decent size. Great bar area and also did a good breakfast. Easy to walk every where in Notting Hill, Hyde Park etc

Good, comfortable room with decent facilities. Very friendly, helpful, bright staff. Excellent location for our London trip. Welcoming and relaxing vibe. Nice range of snacks in the bar. We liked it so much we booked an extra night.

Beautiful hotel, very cool vibe with great facilities and the staff were fantastic; very friendly and professional. Had a lovely spa treatment while there. Location is really good and there is a tube stop at the end of the road. A really nice shopping area about 10 mins walk away and central London about 20 mins in taxi. Very comfy bed and the shower was very powerful. A wonderful stay and we will be returning. All good. We were on lower ground floor so no view but didn’t really care. It was cool and quiet

Great location, reasonably sized room, friendly and helpful staff. The welcome was good and we were "upgraded" from the room we'd booked, so I dread to think what the VFM score would have been in the basic room. Wildly convenient for the Hammersmith Apollo, which was a short bus ride away from just around the corner. The price was pretty eyewatering, and when sitting on the front terrace you're a bit exposed to "passers-by" asking for smokes or a light (even though we clearly weren't smoking. The view out of the bedroom window was typical London junk yard - ask for the street side if that bothers you.

Lovely, spacious room that was well appointed. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean. Notting Hill is a good area and great access to the Tube. The only real grumble was the weak air conditioning - a typical challenge in the UK - as it never produced truly cold air to combat the high temp[eratures for the days we were staying.

Very nice modern and clean room in a very convenient location, 1 minute walk to the tube’s Notthing Hill Gate. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and efficient.
