Relaxed easy feeling. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Decent location Very small rooms. Not fancy hotel but slept well. Quiet and comfortable

Lovely historical building Very sympathetically developed Lovely clean and tidy rooms Used the cafe which was lovely The overwhelming memory of our stay would be how absolutely wonderful the staff were every one we encountered was lovely big compliments to you all xxx The Only small thing I had a bit of trouble with was the beverage making facilities which were just a bit cramped and sophisticated for me - I still managed to make some but I nearly had a flood

Modern clean. Used the restaurant which was really nice. Lovely staff and food tasted great … Clean modern nice extras like coffee machine. Despite small rooms and small bed compared to what I’m used to, it was incredibly comfy.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, very close to Sloane Square, bus and tube connections. The area is gorgeous. Very friendly staff and lovely room (and bathroom!!). I thought the breakfast was a set price (and possibly a buffet), but it's à la carte. It was lovely, and the prices matched those at places around the hotel, but it was unclear at first how it worked.

It's great location and the majority of the staff is kind and welcoming. It's super expensive for the room, the location is prime but the rooms are small and every so slightly outdated.

This is our first choice hotel when we visit London. Great location, nice well maintained rooms and good restaurant. Charged twice for the room and also charged for someone else’s meal. However, this was refunded the next day.

the location, even better than the sloan square, yet a 3 minute walk (if being close to the tube is important), and you have the bus stops right there, and same proximity to kings road, yet a much calmer neighborhood. room size was good and comfortable, bathroom was great in size and the shower excellent. a few things. although the staff, all of then were ultra nice and helpful, the late check out price was not fair a full half day for literally 4 hours. no USB ports in the room, impractical these days, and this can be sorted. no fridge in the room, can be an issue when you stay a few days and you end up buying stuff that need a fridge, like a bottle of juice, the half cake you didn’t finish, etc . . .

Great location for King's Road, Battersea, Knights Bridge etc. Lovely rooms - tea and coffee in the room. Room service available. Molton Brown products in the bathrooms. No lounge or bar area. There is a restaurant but the bar and lounge are for Sloane Club members only.
