Great location and breakfast Blind was broken and unusable, bath drainage was dreadful. Room door didn’t lock. Room needed work.

The location can't be beat, especially for the Chelsea Flower Show. Great Italian restaurant just across the street, short block to Sloane Square and Duke of York Square. Tearoom/bakery next door. Hotel breakfast is excellent. The cozy doubles are aptly named! Cozy but comfortable. My tall husband still fit! No fridge in the room, but ice can be brought up on request.

Great location for Chelsea Royal Hospital, friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous shower! The room was very small, the bed was pushed against the wall which made it difficult for one of us to get out of bed.

The classic king room was a good size and had a nice bathroom. I liked the Molton Brown toiletries and robes provided. The breakfast offer was limited. We had breakfast included in our rate, however were advised we could only order from a limited range meaning there was no possibility of having cereal/fruit plus some hot food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Sloan Place. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We loved our airy spacious room, incredibly comfortable bed and very quiet. The bathroom is well set up with a great bath tub and Molton Brown products. Loved the location on the edge of Sloan Square - close to the tube, great restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this classy, cozy hotel .

The daily service is impeccable My room overlooked a school courtyard & during the children’s recess which happens all thru the day, it can get quite noisy Better sound proofing of windows could help I needed earplugs all morning

Apart from the location, in central Chelsea, the one positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout. I do not believe the hotel meets the standards one would reasonably expect from a 4-star property. I booked upgraded rooms (a King Room and later a Super King Room), yet there were very few amenities. The rooms themselves were tired and poorly maintained. The carpets were extremely dirty, with numerous visible stains, and when I looked inside the pillowcases, the pillows themselves were also stained and unclean. While the rest of the room appeared reasonably clean, these issues were difficult to overlook. Another major drawback was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear virtually everything happening in the corridor and outside, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
