I loved the area and staff however i had a mouse in my room ans i did not receive a discount for the problem which i thought was very strange even though I was very accommodating about the situation The lack of attention to the situation

Lovely hotel in great location Breakfast room too small and crowded, chairs too low to eat from table, the concept of lounge and dining room doesn’t work

Very spacious, clean, and fully equipped rooms. Very nice and willing staff. Amazing breakfast and location I didn't like the fact that the window didn't open. I want the room to be ventilated with fresh, clean air

Lovely rooms with very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff on reception. Excellent location close to underground and eating places. Very quiet. Excessive service charge in the Knox to pass our drinks two foot from the car to our table. Wouldn’t visit it again.

the hotel was brilliantly situated on Sloane Square but wasn't noisy The curtains in the room (406) don't close properly so it got light at 5.30am

The staff were really friendly when we arrived. The room was really modern and comfortable with all the facilities. Having the bar at the bottom was fantastic easy to get to and home but really enjoyable. Nothing

Lovely friendly welcome and early check-in in, free upgrade, very nice room with view of Sloane Square, great nights sleep, lovely bathroom. No Internet connection whatsoever even on their own WiFi. What is the point of having WiFi with no Internet? No iron in the room, no Kettle yet a strange back massager. Bathroom window was broke and would not lock. Hot water takes a while to come through. Only a continental breakfast, and we were the youngest there, and I'm 58.

We love the position very close to tube station and lots of buses ! Also a great shopping street . Some parts are a little ‘tired’ but it’s an old building so it’s forgiven

I inadvertently left keys in the safe and the staff were kind enough to alert me by phone just before I caught the train home from Victoria. Thank you to them!
