Location - wasn't far from the attractions and train station Bathroom was really bad. The beds were creaking every time someone moved. The toilet wasn't flushing properly. The staff was unhelpful we asked for a fan the whole night and didn't get one. The room smelt very bad and musty. Also the TV was so tiny we couldn't even see from when we sitting on the bed.

Absolutley nothing, It was disgusting Room was like a sauna, No air con or no Fan Exposed wires out the back of the t.v and no signal No toilet in the room No microwave or kettle Checked out again after 1 hour disgusting place to stay

The floor in the room was sloping to the corner of the room and consequently the bed was too. The place was not clean

the location was central and near sites. to begin- the main issue on this property was the heat. while we did not have a thermometer we estimate it hit 95 degrees. in the middle of a london heatwave they had no fans, despite the level of heat and lack of cooling. there was also no respite from the heat because of the facilities broken windows which do not open more than 1 inch. furthermore, all of the running water was boiling hot so u could not take a freezing shower to cool down. we were in room 36 meaning the top of the hotel, where the worst of the heat was. it was noticeably hotter and hotter the further we went. the final straw was the fact that when we asked to move downstairs to be more cool, they said because house keeping did not work that day the rooms on the lower level were dirty and not presentable. facilities were also ancient and extremely cramped the toilet is less than a foot away from the shower. and the bathroom door does not close.

The outside of the building Pretty much everything inside, the room didn’t have a toilet or shower and it no air con what so ever? It was roasting and every other room had their door opened making noise. I will be looking to get a refund as I didn’t sleep in the room at all, I had to find alternative arrangements.
