The room for a family of 4 was large and easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to store our luggage following an early arrival and before a late departure. Location is superb walkable from the Euston/KingsX area and in a quiet part of Bloomsbury. A bit tired in places, but that is kind of factored into the price. There is an exceptional garden to the rear of the property however it seems like there is no access from this hotel.

We loved everything, its a beautiful hotel. Breakfast i would improve adding some more options and naturan orange juice to make it perfect. But its good anyway.

Fabulous location on quiet, leafy street. Welcoming staff. Good size room and bathroom. Nice selection of teas in the room. Tube station near by. Right by British Museum.

Friendly staff Room was very dated. Bathroom tiles cracked. Air vent in bathroom stuffed with toilet paper for some reason.

Fantastic room for three people. Plenty of coffee ,tea and toiletries, plenty of towels.Beds comfortable room very spacious. Bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade but was clean.

Great location, lovely staff. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again :-) Decor slightly dated but that didn't detract from what is overall a lovely hotel.

Great location. Nice staff. Spacious rooms. Bathroom too small. We got a room at ground level, facing the garden but there was no view. Just the cleaning staff patio with its tools. That part was not pretty.
