Wonderful location. Beautiful hotel. Very friendly, caring staff. For eating breakfast a couple more, higher, tables would be lovely.

Fantastic location, staff were great, decor is cool, bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is not set up for women. There is no well-lit spot to apply makeup. The large mirror above the desk doesn’t have a light, and the light over the sink is behind your head when you’re close to the mirror. Also, the bathroom is not sound-proof, so would not be ideal for a recently dating couple but is fine for someone traveling alone, or maybe a well-established relationship depending on your comfort level.

We loved the decor, the comfort, the location, the food and the friendliness.

The room was super small, very hard to move around, very uncomfortable. The shower was super weird and hard to use.

The staff were excellent, could not fault the service, the team went over and above to ensure my needs were met. Loved the outdoor space. Gorgeous decor, overall just a great vibe and will certainly be back. Nothing, this is a gem of a hotel.

The room was beautiful and clean. The location is excellent. There was attention to detail lacking in room cleaning. They would make the bed and tidy towels but left dirty coffee mugs and water glasses, etc, where they were, and didn’t replace complimentary items like coffee pods and milk. Solved upon mentioning it but should be a no brainer for a place at this cost.

A lovely hotel, beautifully set up with lovely staff.

The room was perfect. The shower was great with lots of hot water and the bath towel was exceptional (unfortunately not sold in the US). The staff was helpful and personable. The location around the corner from the British Museum was perfect for my visit. I found the light and heating a bit complicated. Also, the light in the clothes hanger would go on too often.

Bertie’s is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, top notch in every way. Location was perfect too. Do yourself a favor and book it!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Everything was brand new. Gorgeous aesthetic from the rooms to the art and refrigerator in the room. Lovely bar/lounge. Too cold to see the garden if any. Great Russell square location. Quite close to theaters as well. Very kind staff. Nothing. I loved it!
