Nice pub, good food Continental breakfast

Great to be back. Location is perfect. Comfy room & excellent pub with sunny beer garden.

Beautiful and quaint 'pub' with rooms above. Very little noise and hardly any traffic. Situated in a lovely neighbourhood with access to the Thames, restaurants, shops, parks, local transport and easy walks. There was real coffee, fresh milk and a Nesespresso machine in the room, this was marvellous for us Italians. The bed was comfy and there was more than one pillow each. The pub has a pretty garden in the back where we enjoyed a drink in the sun. Heaven. The staff were friendly and warm. We loved our stay and we'll be back! Very minor: the room was a little cramped and we could have done with a bench to put our suitcases on.

Exceptional

Comfy bed, friendly helpful staff, quiet location now Hammersmith Bridge closed to cars, nice beer garden with plenty of seating, good pub grub. Water provided in room. Lovely walks along the river. Breakfast was limited (cereal, toast, limted fruit and pastries) and overpriced (in my opinion!), bathroom light/fan did not work. Stairs and landing carpets very stained.
-
Room is clean and nice. No minibar but coffee machine and teas+cookies available for a quick breakfast. Good price for London standards. Hammersmith tube is 5 minutes walking. Pub downstairs can be a bit noisy
-
Great location. Good value for the area. Really nice pub. Good to be back again. Nothing.
-
Location perfect and with the bridge closed very quiet. Lovely big room Needs a bit of money spent on it as looking a bit tired and dirty in places
-
Convenient being above a pub, coffee & tea facilities A bit tired in places, not as good as pictures on website, no breakfast on offer
-
Great location for the Hammersmith Apollo. Comfortable, clean room above the pub with a separate entrance/exit for use out of hours. It met our needs perfectly.
-
Perfectly nice room. Lots of options for tea and coffee. Everything was very clean. The style of the room was very up to date. Excellent comms and staff were accommodating when I needed to check in late. Can be quite noisy when people are going past your room - but it never woke me.

Very good
-
Great location for what we needed in Barnes It’s tired and needs renovation, the hallways and communal areas are extremely dirty and worn, large stains or dirt cover most of the carpets which generally implies that the place isn’t clean.
-
Excellent location just by Hammersmith Bridge and a very comfortable bed. Check in was very convenient. N/A

Great location close to Hammersmith bridge and the Apollo. Although carpets are clean they are very stained which is a bit off putting .

Room was an ok size and shower room was plenty big enough, bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean. The room smelt like people had been smoking in there, the smell was clearly in the curtains and carpet & unfortunately there was no option to open the windows to air the room. We were also in room 1 which is on the for set floor and at the top of the access stairs therefore there was a lot of passing noise throughout the night as the stairs were noisy and you could hear noise from above.
