well to be honest it was advertised as hammersmith but was in Shepards Bush. no parking and staff where rude. the place was stuffy we did not stay

The bar downstairs was lovely and had a relaxed atmosphere The stairs to the rooms were steep, the bathroom needed updating, broken toilet seat which we had to fix on a daily basis. The shower head was broken and keep falling off the holder. We never complained, we just wanted to put our heads down after a chaotic few days. Would we stay there again maybe not but it's not the worst place we've stayed.

The aircon was fab as it was very hot outside - The staff were great and check in and out was easy. The fridge light came on but was cold so the milk went off - window could have done with a clean as was dirty and cobwebs. Room was advertised as a king size bed which was lovely but the room is small.

Good staff and clean I’d been given the impression that it was nearer to Wembley from booking.com No mention of for flights of stairs to the room. I have limited mobility and no assistance was offered to get to the room.

The pub is a great building with so much character and history. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and had everything we could ask for. The 24 hour door was a bonus.

There was aircon The staff were friendly enough and while I didn’t eat in the restaurant there was a decent menu The rooms look ok at first glance but It’s wasn’t as clean as it should have been.The TV remote didn’t work. Tea bags were loose in a pot not very hygienic. There are no staff on the premises overnight and as a solo female traveller I didn’t feel safe. Especially as I was woken at 12:20am by someone moving lots of furniture in a function room below me. I actually tried to find another hotel at 1am to move to as I felt very vulnerable hearing male voices outside my bedroom door and knowing there were no staff available.

didnt have breakfast location very handy to family didnt like that no hosts in the property (pub) overnight so potentially could have been only one in building outside door did not shut well and on several occasions was ajar on arriving access up four flights steep stairs

Easy to get to Central London - reasonable walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market & Underground; clean & comfortable room The bedrooms are above the Princess Victoria pub - up 4 flights of stairs and no elevator! It was daunting going up and later down with luggage; after hours access is also challenging with a tricky keypad (the access code is provided at check in); this accommodation is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues!

Excellent value! AND you get a discount on food and drink in the floor level pub. Delicious food! No lift, but staff was available to help with getting luggage up steep stairs!
