Nothing at all Air con broken, linen dirty, room ridiculously hot. Window blinds broken, stains on carpets, no toiletries, TV would not connect at all, shower attachment but no actual shower, towels size for children. Couldnt turn bathroom light off

Great location and very quiet at night Wellington room needs an iron, the fridge was not working and the shower trap needs cleared as the water was not flowing away and tray was filling up.

Location was prfect This is not a hotel. More a room to book. Over a pub so noisy. Entrance and corridors very poor condition. Stains on the carpet. Sky TV did not work and neither did the WiFi but the latter was fixed very quickly once I called the number given.

Location Awful dirty , electricity did not work - the bathroom light , air conditioner did not work - it was boiling hot , bathroom tab was leaking a lot , toilet sit was yellow dirty colour , blinds were broken , tiles in the bathroom broken , banner above the bed was broken and lying behind the bed , cushions was ripped and dirty , carpet was awfully dirty , that is the worst experience ever we have had , by the way it was our wedding anniversary …. Cherry on the cake it is not the proper hotel - no reception at all

Good location, easy access, self contained, tea and coffee with kettle and mini fridge with complimentary bottled water for the duration of the stay.iron. Comfortable bed, good sized Room and bathroom. No hot water, had to have a cold shower and not hot water to wash your hands etc. luckily there was a heatwave so wasn’t so much of an issue it was good to cool down. Be aware this is above the New Inn pub so noisy until after midnight, I knew this before so it wasn’t an issue for me.

Nothing! After check-in I left immediately the property because it was materially different from the Booking.com listing and in an unacceptable condition. Upon arrival, there were no clear instructions indicating where to access the room. In front of this questionable-looking property, there was also a rather concerning atmosphere, with around ten completely drunk and noisy people gathered outside. It immediately made us question where we were actually staying. * poor cleanliness, * visible maintenance and humidity issues, * dust and stains, * non-functioning air conditioning, * unusable safe, * and an overall standard significantly below what was advertised and reasonably expected for the price paid.
