Better than many well known chains and not much more expensive Pillows on the soft side but bed massive and comfortable

The staff were very welcoming, taking cases to the room. Offering a carton of water on arrival (it was a hot day). Phoning for a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t fault it. Although pretty expensive, it’s true that ‘you get what you pay for’ in this life.

I had paid all amount during reservation.Also they charged to me 200 GBP as deposit.And l am still waiting to leave the deposit back to my credit card since one month even l informed to booking.com.Very bad management.
