Great hotel, beautiful room and amazing restaurant!

The location is amazing just off Sloane Square and it feels like you are staying with friends who own a townhouse. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. In partifular the nighty Sonja and the two receptionists Louis and Gareth. Annoyingly the fan in the bathroom was very noisy, thus I had to sleep in another room the first night and it could not be fixed, so I had to change rooms. However, Sonja was very kind and helpful (helped me pack, showed me different rooms).

It felt very personal and bijou . Beautifully decorated and furnished Not so keen on Japanese themed food but that’s just me . Was a little surprised the bar menu didn’t include sandwiches

This was my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at! The design was beautiful, the staff was warm and attentive the location was fabulous. I would not change a thing! Can't wait to go back! No notes- it was perfect!

Room was great, comfortable, able to open windows, complimentary food was very good, good housekeeping, the interior of the hotel was exceptionally done. Breakfast was good, but they charged for the juice which I thought was unnecessary. On 2 occasions the bed was not turned down. The Fuji Grill, the evening restaurant was not a 5 star dining experience.
