The hotel had a lovely feel, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book here again I have nothing to say here, everything met our expectations

Good location and friendly staff Good aircon and toiletries provided nice large towels and clean bathroom. Excellent tea/ coffee selection. Tv didn’t work, lights to bedroom very dim and reading lights did not work independently Room was very small with no drawer space. No slippers or dressing gown as advertised on booking.com. No indication that there were 67 stairs to top floor bedroom. Breakfast was extremely slow and very mediocre when it arrived. Limited choice of cereal and pastries. Croissant was inedible.

The look and feel of the hotel was exceptional! Cozy, comfortable, and clean! No elevator, or lift, as they are called in London; BUT, the staff members were ready and willing to assist with handling luggage with a smile!

the staff are lovely, the rooms are so very nice, feels like a boutique hotel, but love it is an old pub. as a vegetarian it is very much appreciated vegetation full breakfast is offered. I have come before and will come again do miss an elevator, the staff are lovely about helping with luggage, but leaving very early in the morning, I had to drag the bags down myself

The staff were very helpful as I had a problem with a personal matter. The room was great. Air-conditioning was helpful. It was quiet. Some biscuits and shampoo. That would have been nice.

The lovely staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and large. This is more of a pub with rooms than a hotel. In order to turn off the air con, I had to take the room card out of the key card energy switch and sit in the dark. Holes in the carpet. Dirty windows. Low shower pressure. There is no lift at this property.
