Absolutely beautiful design, comfortable bed and air conditioning, quiet, gorgeous views! Loved the feel of the hotel, it felt like it was made with good materials, not one of those cheap bnb’s. One outlet didn’t work and the sofa had some marks on it, but honestly, the room was beautifully airconditioned, the TV worked, our view was divine, we understood it would be small so we shared one large luggage in two people and we felt like it was the perfect hideaway from the absolutely scorching hot, busy city. We would return after the full day out and get into the dimly lit, elegant shower with beautifully smelling soap, turn on the TV and the AC, close the black-out curtains and slip into the crispy white linen bed…felt like sleeping on a cloud. Whoever needs to do makeup in good lighting, bring a larger pocket mirror. There is otherwise a floor length mirror, the lighting in the whole flat is beautiful and well-thought out. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be booking here again. The reception staff were not friendly, did not greet most of the times. I am sure they are kind people and maybe I missed the memo on something guests like nowadays, but I would assume the number one responsibility of the reception is to greet guests. There was also a strange mushroom smell coming from the otherwise very comfy towels when they were damp (more mushroomy than what you would normally expect from a damp towel).

The only two good things are location and brand. The receptionist at checkout was polite and caring about guests, very professional. The receptionist on arrival looked like he’d just arrived from the weekend concert and was impolite, not welcoming. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, with plenty of black hair on the bed sheets, old food in the fridge, and a lack of toilet paper. There was a smell from the bathroom and a dirty armature. The room itself is so small that there’s no place to open luggage. No water bottle, no iron in the room. Breakfast is in a different building. There are much better hotels for the same rate in London. Just skip this place!

Location is great. The studio is incredibly small. Without the provision of a small table/ counter, a small wooden tray was present in the room to rest your coffee or drinks. The space is so tight that it took some serious geometric gymnastics to pack the suitcase.
