Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was compact but was just what we needed for a one night stay. Room could perhaps do with a little refresh. The shower would also not be suitable for anyone tall.

The bed was really comfortable and air conditioning worked pretty well. We had hot water at any time, which was really convenient. When we checked in and we were about to enter the apartment just outside our apartment were sheets lying on the floor which they didn’t get until they very next day. We could hear all the noises from the other rooms which isn’t really pleasant when you want to relax.

Room looked nice and nice staff. The noise was literally too much from outside from the sirens (constant ones). Noise isolation needs a lot of work.

The room is spacious and the air conditioning is amazing, it made the stay very comfortable. The lobby is also very nice and the staff helpful. There are plenty of bus stops less than 5 minutes away, which makes it very easy to get around central London. Unfortunately, the bathroom made showering comfortably a bit difficult. The shower head was broken and leaking, making the already low water pressure even lower. The shower door handle was also broken. The bathroom and sink could use some extra shelves to store products. The room (for 3) only had one coat hanger on the wall.

Unfortunately we did not like anything about the property. Unfortunately the room was so disgustingly dirty, beds were really hard, air con wasn’t great. When we checked in we were only in the room for a short time, we returned quite late and went straight to sleep. Had we have realised how vile the room was we would have asked to be moved! The next morning we discovered the filth, took pictures and shared with reception. I sent an email straight away, that was 10 days ago I’ve still not heard back from management.

We had a superior room with aircon during yet another heatwave in London which was well needed. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Very goof value for London. A tad far from a tube station but be price make uk for it.
