Our favourite London hotel . Wonderful location , brilliant staff and fantastic rooms . Huge thanks to the staff for our upgrade to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We felt so spoilt to be in our room . -

Cleaner walked into room at 10am even though check out at 12. We were still in bed. 5 minutes later her manager walked in, and we were essentially kicked out of the room within 10 minutes.

Lovely sheets, room and location, they let us in room early after overnight flight, good breakfast ; lovely living room for guests ; lively restaurant Very disorganized breakfast service some days -a couple of times we didn’t get the food we ordered ; we didn’t like to have to pay extra 5 % service charge when we checked out - that should be included in the booking fee price instead of a bait and switch unexpected up charge at check out and even if they say ‘it is optional’ it didn’t feel,optional - I would like to know the whole charge up front in booking .com
