This boutique hotel is a rare find and made our time in London truly special. The location is fantastic, tucked away on a beautiful, quiet street right on the doorstep of Belgravia, and very close to the lovely park. Having been to London many times, we did not need to do any sightseeing, but this hotel's location is perfect for a relaxing trip. Getting around via Uber was an absolute breeze, and it is incredibly close to Knightsbridge, great shopping, and lovely cafes. What really sets this property apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member we encountered was exceptional, professional, and genuinely warm. The corridor leading to the rooms is atmospheric and dark, giving the feel of entering a relaxing spa. I can only speak for the room we stayed in, but it was large, beautifully appointed, peaceful, and clean. We loved every minute of our experience and will definitely be back!

Overpriced for facilities, no atmosphere!

This hotel is very peaceful and calm. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. Everything felt well-designed and impeccably clean. Beautiful surroundings. The decor was tasteful and elegant without feeling overdone. There’s a really nice balance between simple and fancy here. The hotel lacks the welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like a valued guest; we felt like just another set of customers. The staff showed little eagerness to help, and there was no sense of genuine hospitality. The showers were inconvenient and of poor quality. Somewhat obsolescent, not suitable for general modern and elegant design.
