The value for the price The charger inside the capsule was loose. Inside the facility no EU sockets.

Convenient to rail stations. No onsite help, uncomfortable, door didn’t lock, tv didn’t work, lock on main door was difficult to use.

I travelled for a convention and the location was about 18 minutes walk from the convention (1.3 KM or 0.6 miles). Also despite the bathroom stalls and shower were shared, there never was a real queue... I think the venue is good for solo visitors and that's about it, it wouldn't be possible for couples or for people with pets and the like. I will consider going there next time as well.

    No fuss. Good value.

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Very clean, clear instructions on checking in (including videos!) There appeared to be 10 pods, where one sheet was available between all 10, hence got busy in the morning. Recommend folks plan around a busy shower between 8 & 9am

It's a very novel form of accommodation for most people and so there's quite a fun factor staying in one of these capsuble pods. The check-in process is straight forward, easy and quick so this is ideal if you're short on time and you don't know when you might arrive. The place was very clean and organised and felt secure. The pod can get quite stuffy, the ventilation and fan system is not really up to much, there's not a lot of difference between the middle fan setting and maximum say, the pods are not air conditioned. Everything is made of plastic and there's no cushioning on the doors so you will feel and hear other doors open and shut. The USB power point in Pod 4 that I stayed needs replacing also.

Decent location My capsule door was broken, and it took a while for the remote person to help me get a new one. Also the lockers do not fit full size checked bag suitcases.

?Location: located a few minutes walk from the Brick Lane, I wouldn't say it's a super dangerous area, but definitely not a romantic chill place.? You can walk here from Aldgate station in 10-15 minutes. Indeed the door is not easy to find, as there are no big signs showing the way, so just simply look for the digital lock. ?️ Rooms: it's a small place, I would say it's really suitable for co-working, there are some desks and chairs in the common kitchen, but they are more for eating and packing than working. You can use the microwave and fridge which is good and also have your own storage which can be opened by the key card. Indeed, there is one bathroom with shower and toilette inside, and one toilette separately, which doesn't seem enough, but I didn't have problem accessing it whenever I needed. Towels are provided (1/stay) There is one more room where the capsules are located and I must say they are pretty amazing pods. I tried similar in other cities, but this was the most spacious and comfortable one with charger ports, multi-color lights and even a TV. I slept really well, but if you are a lightsleeper, they also provide earplugs and headphones as well. WiFi is good, works well. ?? Service: they have sent all the instructions in advance with videos and pictures, it was quite clear. If you have a question they answer you promptly. A little hard to find the entrance and the 1 shower could be an issue if its full house. Also, don't think of it as a professional coworking place, its a decent capsule hotel, thats it:)

Excellent location, 15min walk from Liverpool Station, 30min walk from the tower bridge, getting to and from center was very easy and fast. What you get for the value is great and I would definitely consider staying again on my next London visit. The place is clean and offers exactly what it describes online so you get what you expect, which is great. The space theme of the pods is really cool and it is quite cozy inside especially with the lights on. The mattress could be a bit thicker to make it more comfortable, but it was not an issue. One additional shower would be great, there is just one for 12 pods (even though it was not an issue during my stay - but I can imagine at full occupancy it would be). The pods are not soundproof, which was expected as it is listed in the description and reviews - what sucks a bit though is how opening/closing doors and getting in/out of the pods gets loud, especially at night, since sounds and vibrations of the plastic doors and walls travel through. You really need to be mindful of people sleeping around you, I had to be super careful and slow with opening the doors and getting in/out when I had to use the bathroom at night - it creaks sometimes so no matter what you do it makes noise.

    Met great peeps, amazing location.

I liked how clean it is, and the facility looks decent inside. The instructions sent were clear and easily interpreted. The capsule is neatly cleaned upon arrival. Really handy location if you are self efficient and realiable on your own. I accidently cut myself with the sweeper in the bathroom as the handle on it was chipped and sharp. But I managed to stop the bleeding on my fingertip with the papertowels, and it was unfortunate there was no first aid kit in sight as I tried finding one. So I just wrapped it with papertowel to prevent it from spilling everywhere. I'm just telling my experience on that situation and I would stay again, not going to lie it was just an unfortunate accident. I would like to see a first aid kit in the future.

The price, the capsules were actually comfy There was only one shower and two toilets (one of which was inside with the shower) for 12 capsules, so very busy when people are staying there. Very flimsy, when people were going up the whole thing would almost shake

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

Great location Comfortable Good amenities Clean I'm a light sleeper so I could hear the beeps on the capsules every time someone came and went. Earplugs are provided but I personally struggle to wear them.

  • Engine customer May 2025

Cool concept Beds were VERY uncomfortable, usb outlet in Pod didn’t work for multiple pods, had to use the TV and sleep with it on to charge things. 1 shower and 2 toilets for 12 pods is crazy. Neighborhood kinda sketchy but had no issues.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

It was an experience. I had several electric shocks. First night I couldn’t sleep due to snoring noises. The location is kind of central but I didn’t feel safe walking around in the night.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The check-in was easy, and the shower was good. The location was decent but far from the metro to walk with a bag. This is a poor excuse for a Japanese style capsule hotel. The 'capsules' are not comfortable, not sound proof at all, and poorly built. The USB-C port was jammed in so far it was unusable, the AC was not sufficient, the 'bed' was a thin foam mattress that was not comfortable, there was a single lumpy pillow provided, and the price was at least double what it should be. I won't be back.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

It would've been OK, if there wasn't a strange man staying there who was talking to himself and stank SO BAD. It made the stay feel more like being in a homeless shelter rather staying in a cozy hostel.

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

The concept is really cool - the inside of the capsule itself felt cozy and futuristic. There's something fun about feeling like an astronaut for the night, tucked into your own little pod! Also, the location is great - super convenient with plenty of nice markets, cool stores, and easy access to public transportation. While the design was great, the experience wasn't exactly out of this world. First off, noise was a big issue. By 5 a.m., it felt more like a party than a quiet retreat. Here's what I dealt with before 8 a.m.: - People slamming capsule doors and lockers; - Someone constantly humming in the kitchen and the microwave beeping; - Random footsteps back and forth; - A phone vibrating right above my capsule; - Abandoned underwear in the bathroom... Seriously?! I guess with no staff around to enforce any quiet hours, guests seemed to take full advantage of the freedom. While I still think the capsule itself was a cool experience, I probably wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers like me or anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Sure, they warn you upfront that the capsules aren't soundproof and even offer earplugs. But let's be real - what's the point of promoting a hotel if there are no actual conditions for rest? Either rethink the concept or invest in soundproofing the pods, please.
